I just watched the video. I think Neveragain's point was that Harris was holding the "pump" for over a minute like it were a regular gas pump and that it would charge the battery in just a minute or two like a typical gas pump can fill a gas tank.

If we can't have term limits, then anyone older than 70 shouldn't be allowed to remain in office. And 70 is a generous number.

Heck no... Term limits, stock-trade limitations, etc. should be applied.

One additional thing I think would really help... Congress is in physical session 3 months per year (no more than 4), in order to actually put the final details on legislation and vote the submitted laws... unless a National Emergency occurs. With current technology that should be more than reasonable. Congress people should have to live the majority of their time in their district with their constituents IMO.

Congress - the arm designed to create laws - doesn't need to be creating laws all day, everyday, 365 days a year while living in DC. Details would have to be worked out, but ya.

You can already get 10 for President, it requires special circumstances.... Resignation or assassination, if the VP only has 2 or less years as President when he takes over, he can still run for election for two more terms. Over two years counts as a full term.
