Runestaff: The kakore of which this staff is crafted bears a rich reddish brown hue and is lacquered to a smooth glossy sheen that highlights the subtle nuances of the woodgrain. Sculpted bands of silver inlaid with amethyst spiral up the runestaff, providing background for a pattern of gardenias that winds between the slivers of metal in various stages of bloom. Each flower is a host of tiny ivory-shard petals, meticulously arranged, and hearts of slender amber beads, all embraced by broad leaves of frosted emerald.

Bodice: Fashioned from pale lavender linen, this elegant bodice is designed to be supported by a single strap, leaving the left shoulder bare. Tiny ivory grommets are set down the back of the garment, allowing the wearer to lace it as tightly as desired with knotted black suede cords.

Ring: Crafted from pure silver, the narrow band is inlaid with a circle of pale ivory. Imbedded within the ivory are tiny shards of amethyst which outline the shape of a stylized gardenia in full bloom.

You glance at your arm-wrap. Thick leather strands are artfully braided together to form a sheath of hide that is meant to cover from wrist to elbow. Small tuffs of white fox fur are barely visible within the wrap, which provides little protection from anything other than the elements. At the wrist edge of the wrap is a single loop of leather purposed to hold a small item, such as a dagger, securely in place.

You tap a bronze-hilted crimson eahnor cinquedea in a braided leather arm-wrap with a single hilt peeking out.
Left in its natural state, the crimson eahnor blade of the cinquedea is broad at the base and tapers to a fine point. Along its length, a trio of grooves have been roughly engraved, leaving ragged trails which terminate at the guard. The cross, a textured fist of flexed dark bronze claws, arcs over the base of the blade to sink talons into the eahnor. At the grip, the bronze of the guard thins to narrow bands that coil to form the hilt and, at the base, clasp a bloodjewel teardrop in their twisted cage. A faint aura of holy light radiates from the cinquedea.

Choker: The choker is nothing more than a thumb-wide piece of black velvet designed to be worn snugly around the neck. A single silver hook and eye closure adorns the back, the muted silver nearly disappearing in the embrace of the plush fabric.

He is wearing a fuzzy orange lobster hat, a pair of very tiny orange eyeglasses missing the left lens, a gaudy orange crystal ring, a garish and gaudy orange robe, a crude orange satin vest, a limp orange rosebud, a horribly tacky orange shield, a handcrafted orange rucksack embroidered with the scene of a healer tending the wounded, a flimsy orange silk shirt, a translucent orange-banded flask, an orange blood-stained herb pouch, a makeshift modwir splint, some baggy orange leather pants, and some primitive orange shoes.

Although the stick appears at first glance to be aged beyond usefulness, the sturdy, orange-colored wood seems ever strong. Small fragments of skin and hair cling to the rough surface of the stick, suggesting that it has been used more for knocking people over the head than as a walking device. The bottom end of the stick is worn and scraped and smeared with dirt and grass stains, as though used often and recently.

The bright orange robe is made of a very fine silk and fastened tightly in the front. On the back of the garment, white satin threads have been intricately woven into a depiction of a kneeling empath, leaning heavily on a walking stick. Above the design, the word "Stoic" has been embroidered with a thicker white thread.

Delineated in bright colors, small crude vultures have been cut out of vultite and attached in an overlapping pattern over this tasteless orange shield. In the center of the shield, a single tattered-wing vulture stands proudly with its large claws grasping a garland of sovyn clove. It is painfully obvious that no crafter would ever want to put their mark on such an audacious colored and tawdry item.

Despite the aged appearance and many dents on the surface of flask, it appears to have been carefully polished over many years of use. The Common word for "Life" is visibly etched into the metal, just below a Giantkin glyph on the outer surface. Two worn, orange leather bands allow the flask to be strapped tightly around the waist, hopefully making it impossible to fall and shatter.

Consisting simply of hardened leather soles, orange silk cloth, and pieces of white fabric, these shoes appear to have been put together in only minutes. The orange silk bundles tightly over each foot, showing signs of sweat having soaked through the fabric. Strands of white cotton wrap around each foot in order to keep the silk securely in its place.

... that's a crapload of orange.

Decedeck pulls aside his shirt and shows you a white-backed vulture tattoo.
The proud bird has been incredibly detailed to show a remarkable likeness to a vulture in flight. Its beak remains open, emitting a screech of victory, as it grips a severed elven hand in one of its talons. From the other talon dangles a small banner displaying the word, "Vulture" in the common tongue.

I wish I could change the piercing eyes, but it happens. I orginally wanted him to have hawklike features.

Despite the hat, cloak, and boots being all Simu-made, they couldn't stick to a naming scheme, and one day I realized I was partly a traveler and partly a traveller. I assisted ages ago (back in GS3), but was told that since both are technically correct spellings, I was SOL.

Look basket - Slender tendrils of ivy have been meticulously woven into this stunning flower basket. Lined with the finest ivory satin, the basket will hold even the most delicate blossoms safely without being crushed. The basket's handle has been carefully set with tiny rose-carved rubies and a dozen blush pink satin ribbons trail from one side.

Look press - The flower press dangles from a delicate waist chain and has been meticulously etched with roses of all shapes and sizes. You can barely see the edges of several flowers peeking out from its sides, apparantly being pressed flat between the many layers of the press, to be carefully preserved for some future use.

look leathers - Iridescent siren lizard hide, carefully tanned and cut to flatter the wearer's form is fashioned into a suit of armor. Under each scale, a small amount of cotton batting is inserted and carefully sewn in, the whole providing armor that is supple, yet highly resistant to damage. Twined around the neck and shoulders, exotic blood red roses are carefully sprayed to extend down the arms and chest showing off their lovely blooms, without hindering the wearer's movements. You also notice a small enchanter's glyph.

look harness - The leather of this sturdy yet lightweight harness has been carefully embossed with a pattern of detailed roses entwined around ivy vines. A long golden chain holds the harness securely in place over the shoulder and a large assortment of freshly picked flowers poke out from the opening, their stems tucked haphazardly around the weapons the harness was made to hold safely.

I don't remember when this whole flower girl thing started but Berylla has flowers everywhere - in her press, in her basket, in her harness, in her cloak. I kind of enjoy flowers.

She is wearing a sliver of golden topaz caught in a spiraled cage of silver and vaalin, a misty silver brocaded silk gown with a flowing pale golden chiffon train, a topaz-inset silver moth ring, an embroidered tapestry satchel, and a pair of silver silk velvet slippers with long narrow toes.


Satchel (which needs to be redone because the alterer butched the idea):
The satchel is crafted from densely woven threads that conceal the underlying material's hue. The front of the satchel is blended from smoky colors to create the appearance of shadowed gardenia blossoms. The square-shaped flap is edged in a creamy vaalin and decorated with numerous practice knots that run the gambit in difficulty and skill level. The inside is lined with a pale grey silk that is sectioned into several neat areas and visibly punctured with pin point holes.

Ring:
Burnished silver forms the majority of this ingenious ring. A line of the metal connects two sculpted bands shaped like rounded wings, leaving the finger exposed slightly on either side. Inset into the wings are tiny faceted golden topaz that serve as the eye markings. Slender lines of ebony can be seen within the perfectly matched gems, their elliptical appearance like that of slit pupils.

Sliver is perfume holder.

Varying shades of amber color the center of the sunflower. The amber hues lighten from center to pale white at the edge of the petals, which curve around the ankle. An ivy green stem sprouts from the bottom of the sunflower and wraps around the ankle creating a band. A pollen-coated honey bee rests on one of the petals.

The gold in this ring is of very high quality and has been skillfully wrought to fit the wearer's thumb perfectly. On close inspection, an elegant Elven script can be seen engraved around the outside of the band.

Designed to hold all sorts of prizes and treats, this bag is bulging with surprises. The outside is swirled with a colorful collage of colors while the inside is lined with a beautiful bright crimson silk which keeps the items inside safe from damage. Stitched on the front are the words "Goodie Bag" and a thick braided cord cinches the top shut.

Lots of shows to minimise the length of the inventory, here are my favourites:

Painstakingly threaded onto fine strands of translucent white spidersilk, each tiny perfect sphere of soft milky-white moonstone has been highly polished to accentuate its iridescent pearly-grey sheen and the blue-gold flashes of color visible when turned into the light. Soft shades of silver chase one another across each stone's pallid surface as the light strikes them all at differing angles.

>l circlet
An eternal symbol of elven nobility, this delicate and intricate headpiece has been worked from the purest fine silver threads elaborately linked to form a circlet. Suspended from the front is a small silver pendant holding a radiant silvery moonstone, meant to rest in the middle of the wearer's forehead. Hanging down from the headband in varying lengths are long silver strands, threaded with tiny silver beads which glisten like morning dew on a cobweb.

So highly polished, the silvery surface of this magnificent shield dazzles the onlooker for an instant as it catches and reflects the light. As the bright glare fades, the image of an ethereal elven maiden is revealed surrounded by a myriad of mystical runes and symbols. Draped in flowing robes and smiling serenely, she stands in reverent pose as a silvery moonstone globe hovers over her outstretched hand. You also notice a small enchanter's glyph.

Encased in delicate silver filigree to protect the fragile glass, this vial hangs from a chain of fine strands of twisted silver. Around the narrow neck of the vial is a silver band engraved in fine elven script.

Those robes are my favourite too, they're the armor concealing kind so hide her ugly 5x elven fighting leathers nicely. And I've often thought it was a little too much white and silver myself so I'm toying with the idea of picking up on the blue embroidery of the cloak somehow. She has a phoenix on her cloak since she has a sapphire blue Foehn phoenix but I was thinking along the lines of ... Illistim... blue ... peacock .. but not sure how to work it in yet.

Also I had to have the guards changed from Etched invar armguards to Deep black invar armguards becouse so many people didn't have a clue what shade/colour the metal was.
For all they knew I could have been wearing.. <shudder> ..red.

Choker:
A wide band of linked glistening obsidian tiles forms the collar portion of the piece, fastened in the back with a platinum hook-and-chain clasp. Suspended from the lower edge of the choker is a pale glowbark leaf, perfectly preserved with a thin layer of clear lacquer. The delicate tracery of veins across the leaf's surface provides a dark contrast to its ghostly radiance.

Ring:
Brightly polished pale silver has been forged into a wide, flat band and artfully inlaid with tiny slivers of glistening black obsidian in the shape of a burning rose. Each sliver has been strategically placed to give the hint of a petal or flicker of flame in an elegant minimalist style.

Skirt has those neato EG actions and the sack has open/close actions. All of it is off the shelf.

The ghostly pale zorchar has been carefully forged to retain its natural dim glow, crafted into graceful filigree. Solid black quartz provides a background for the filigree and serves to ensure that the zorchar does not touch skin, keeping the wearer from getting inadvertantly zapped. Inspecting the pattern for a moment reveals subtle rose designs in the curl of each filigree curlique.

WTF is tussah?

Tussah Tussah silk, often called shantung, is made from the cocoons of wild tussah silk worms that eat oak and juniper leaves -- their "natural" food. Because the worm isn't grown in a controlled environment, the moth hatches from the cocoon thus interrupting the filament length and making the fibers short and coarse instead of long and lustrous.

Tussah silk is difficult to dye and most often available in its natural color, a creamy tan. Because of its irregular slubs and the fact that it ravels easily, tussah should be dry-cleaned. It is a good choice for traveling as it doesn't wrinkle easily.

Thick rolton wool creates a weather friendly outer shell that has been tailored to fall in clean lines from shoulder to ankle. Pristine white fox fur creates a plush lining throughout, as well as a attractive trim along the edge of the hood.

bangles (amulet holder - dark alligned):
Twelve in all, the slender and petite dark ora bangles are waxy grey in hue with charred streaks of black that curl around their smooth surface. Beads of olivine faenor-blooms and ebon-veined malachite are strung in an alternating pattern upon each bangle.

Cincher:
Sixteen thin slats of faenor plate are laced with viridian ribbons to bind them into a decorative cincher. Slender crescent shapes dimple the dark green-veined metal to give it a beaten appearance, while thin copper wire laced through the upper edges of each plate dangle malachite beads. The bindings of the piece are in the front and fashioned of thin ribbons that are decorated in beads of both faenor and malachite.

boots:
Supple suede forms the long panels of these soft boots, dark and richly dyed. Crescent-shaped eyelets made of dark faenor run from ankle to mid-thigh on the outer facing and are laced with viridian-hued rawhide strips. A delicately rolled cuff gives a brief glimpse of a homespun lining of linen the same shade of green as the laces.

You look closely at Auvreaian, examining a long-sleeved cinched gauze shirt. Layers of sheer cotton gauze have been wrapped and sewn repeatedly to form the opaque yet breathable fabric of the shirt. The torso is fastened down the left side with a series of small obsidian buttons, and the long otherwise-bloused sleeves are designed to cinch tightly with cords threaded from within the layers of fabric from wrist to shoulder. The folded collar of the garment is fashioned with a similar looseness, draping down on both sides of the V-shaped neckline.

You look closely at Auvreaian, examining some tailored ebony organdy trousers. Well cut and meticulously tailored from ebony-hued organdy, the trousers are designed to fit sleekly from waist to ankles. Amethyst embroidery winds languidly down the outside seam of each pant leg in stylized circular designs, the hue lending subtle contrast to the dark organdy. Cords of the same pale purple cinch in the calves of the pants, keeping it free from entangling when worn with boots.

wristlet: Comprised of a triple layer of sinuously winding emerald green vines, the wristlet is secured in a hidden twine-bound knot. Sturdy layers of un-dyed raw silk sewn together into a single sheet of fabric form the entirety of this burnoose. The only hemming and cutting has been done around the edge of the garment, pale thread finishing off the loose bottom hem and the wide hood. A thin, turquoise-linked copper chain is sewn securely from the top center of the hood down to the center of the shoulders, where a bright jade tassle hangs from the end down the back. A coiled jade serpent pin clasps the burnoose in the front.

Evenly spaced dots of a deep indigo form intricate lines criss crossing sharply across the bronze skin, forming a permanent garrote around Basra's neck. Vertical dotted lines splay outward from the each point of intersection, extending down to just grace the collarbone.

A bracer of mithril frames the bottom edge of either glove before disappearing underneath, evidently running along the underside to form a protruding skeletal frame beneath the thin lizard skin. Several loops of various sizes hang off from the straps, perfect for securing potions and flasks that might prove too delicate to be tossed carelessly inside.

The fabric of this scarf is woven of fine linen. Though simple in design the craftswoman who made this was an artist in her own right. The copper beading takes on an intricate pattern, at first seemingly random, and yet the longer it is considered the more complex and ordered it becomes.

No more than half an inch wide, these battered beads alternate between smooth bright copper orbs and ophidian carved malachite, their surfaces worn smooth by countless reverent touches of devotion. Strung from the center, an ornately wrought ivory talisman of an asp appears to devour its tail. Fashioned from a dark hued emerald, the snake's eye flashes viridian fire when struck by the faintest light.

Blending style with function, the corselet is fashioned of umber hued yierka hide. Hammered copper scales have been attached to the hide and flow seamlessly together over the front and back like the skin of a snake. The sides are tooled with an ophidian pattern which slithers around each of the copper grommets that have been laced up with sturdy strips of sinew.

The ring is petite and is made to fit a slender finger. Oxidation has taken place between the intricately wrought scales, leaving a verdant hue and giving dimension to the polished surface of the scales. The ring is fashioned to look like an asp devouring its tail. Its cold, cruel stare is fashioned from two small emeralds which flash viridian fire when hit by the slightest light. Etched across the back as a stern reminder are the words "None for myself, all for The Great Serpent."

Pelisse: A cloisonne lily clasp draws the pelisse together at the natural waist, catching the many layers of sheer chiffon before allowing them to fall in graceful repose to the ankle-length hem. Translucent silver threading wends languidly over the garment's edge, nearly lost against the deep, smoky hue of the gauzy silk. A heavier sable silk lines the interior, providing weight to the ethereal garment.

Anklet is an amulet holder:
Black as a moonless midnight sky, the perfectly sculpted obsidian beads are strung together on a narrow polished silver anklet. Each delicate bead is heavily lacquered and a tiny pewter wisp-of-smoke charm dangles from the middle to accent the ankle.

Intricate knotwork in a darker shade of butter cream silk thread adorns the hip-length hem as well as the scallops of each sleeve, and opal beading is interspersed to create a shimmering effect in light. A small satin tag, affixed to the inside of the neckline, reads "A Zrenigotham Creation".

pants:
Casual and lightweight, these form-fitting pants are designed to ride low upon the hips and fasten at the back with a small silver clasp. Featuring flared ankles, the garment is designed for ease of movement as well as fashion and sport a small third-inch side-slit just at the hem of each pant leg.

Several small gathers at the fitted waistline drape down to form a box-pleated hem, giving the skirt lift and fullness.
