My doctor, after giving me my annual physical and noting I'm slightly overweight (I'm 6'1" and 230) but in otherwise really good health, have had 3 vaccinations, gotten covid twice over the course of two years (most recently in May), said that he would not recommend getting yet another shot given my natural immunity was likely better than any shot I could get today. He did recommend and I received the flu vaccine.
