Vaccine for the initial strain had great efficacy, why saw the immense reduction. The Delta strain is what taxed it... it still works, but not at the same efficacy levels.

It's information from a government website and unfortunately it's one of the few sources of information we have right now. Some doctors don't even know there is a system for reporting jab injuries, my doctor didn't.

Most of the people in my life that think I should be jabbed either look like they can't do more than a few pushups or drink too much. I don't know your situation, but let me make a few suggestions on things you can do to help yourself and others stay healthy:

Eat a healthy, well balanced diet. Avoid processed foods. Avoid white bread and seed oils like the plague (or like Covid in this case!) Exercise regularly, like daily. Try to keep at it for at least 20 to 30 minutes. Vitamin D, Vitamin C, and Zinc are good for a healthy immune system. Get outside, get some sun and some fresh air (no mask!). Quit drinking so much. Drinking does all sorts of nasty things to your body. Quit smoking cigarettes. If you have to, switch to vaping. Public Health England says vaping is 95% safer than smoking (while the FDA and CDC try to destroy small vaping companies while protecting large tobacco companies). Get plenty of sleep to improve your health and your mood. Meditation is a great tool to help with anxiety or depression and has many less side effects than your average SSRI.

If the things I mentioned above were mandated by the government, Covid would disappear quickly. That's a FACT, Jack.
