Start swimming back west when you get that and try again. Works for me. Also, 25+ ranks of swim pretty much always get you there.

Today was amazing... I started dying.. and about 5 minutes later actually died. Just an absolute shitload of things happening. Call wind forced me in offensive in a room with 5 things.. and then I somehow managed to wander into the vortex before my RT was up about 5 times while lying flat on my back. Then I got stunned by a flare... then picked up by a griffin, dropped in a room with another 5 things.. pecked away at for about a minute before a construct ended my misery and crushed my skull.. the first time I've actually been critted in a really really long time.

Actually getting poofed out and in can work to your advantage. Most of the time the parties on the other end will see it, think you got scolded, and then assume the GMs are still watching. They'll egg you on and try to play the good guy, but usually they just end up looking like assholes and you get to kill them again.

I can understand where Roxia is coming from to a point though. I'd say probably 60-70 percent of the reports they get are legitimate gripes. It's a good way to diffuse the situation quickly to pull you up. Personally, I would have watched for a little while first, but assuming the report she got was "So and so is killing people on the dais for no reason" and when she comes to peek in all she sees you ice somebody, yeah, she's gonna pull you up so you don't do it to 5 more people while she's watching.

I disagree. All people receiving reports should first think "This is probably bullshit" and then investigate from there. CvC isn't against the rules in this game, and pulling people into consultation lounges when you have no idea what the hell is going on is just laziness. Half the people using the report verb are using it for revenge or because they don't understand what consent is.

Let 5 more people die, and lock the guy out for a month if it turns out to be called for. Jumping into a situation like that is as disruptive as announcing the football scores on the amunet.

I would be pissed if I got pulled into a consultation lounge while I was involved in consentual conflict. By her own admission, none of the people involved in the conflict reported. It's just some idiotic bystander that thinks the REPORT verb is something they should use when they see an AS/DS or CS/TD attack between characters. Roxia does nothing but validate these imbecile's misuse of the REPORT command by watching for 5 seconds, and then just pulling the character with nothing to go on but a REPORT that could be from any fool.

The entry foyer to this enormous granite crypt is stark, adorned only with grisly friezes sculpted in low relief into the walls. Bands of bluish-green ahnver are inlaid into the stone in thin strips just below the ceiling throughout the entire structure, bathing the rooms in a subtle light. A shadowy arch curves overhead and leads deeper into the inner sanctum of the sepulcher. You also see the sparkling Neuustar disk, the Killron disk, a large spot-tailed hawk that is flying around and a cracked urn.

It had nothing to do with perception honestly, although he's got decent perception. It was the fact I found several goodies in his feedbag and made repeated pulls at them increasing my chances at being caught. I honestly never thought I'd be caught by an empath.
