I don't think an IBA (with SAPI plate) is going to stop a burst of AK fire at close range. First off the range is less than what it is calculated to stop rounds from, and any strike on the plate weakens it. Someone puts a burst in you and you are probably toast...not to mention most people are not going to keep a burst all IN the SAPI plate...some of them are going to hit you in the neck and the face.

I agree with Stealth, bursts almost always walk up the body. That being said most Marines deploying to a hot area have the interceptor but the rest of us rock the flaks baby.

And I wouldn't show my armor for my chest if it only was size M, why not just paint it pink and say I can't lift heavy things. :cool:

D and Stealth beat me to the punch. Yeah though, take a blast at close range (the way the AK is meant to be used) and chances are you won't be standing up.

I have recently discovered how to wear my hair curly.

I thought I had wavy hair. I'd get out of the shower, comb it out, put a ton of product in and scrunch it. It would look good for all of an hour before it fell into a frizzy, wavy mess.

I've recently discovered if I finger comb it before I wrap it in a towel, get dressed and THEN undo the towel, I can spray some curl enhancer in it, scrunch it, and BAM! Insta-hot rockstar curls.

I'm totally stoked about this because it cuts my getting ready time down to 20 minutes instead of 45. Go me.
