Sca is Society of Creative Anachronism. Basically they recreate medieval times. Kinda look at it as a live Gemstone , somewhat.

Hulkein, SCA = Society for Creative Anachronism. It's sorta like a medieval reenactment group and they say it's all over the world. My daughter's in it and has a lot of fun there; I got the outfit from a friend of hers. Mostly they joust and feast and stuff like that, they suck as roleplayers.

Hey, some of the guys at those faires are really REALLY hot. A very small amount, mind you, but HOT. Not to mention they've got some good beer there too. My whole family (including myself) is nuts and we dress up and go to one in our town. It's not SCA ruled so it isn't so damned strict on what can and can't be done/worn. And only two people have seen my picture and if they post it they will die a horrible death.

I have three pair of jeans, one pair of cargo pants, and a pair of shorts that I wear. Shirtwise, I think I have 5-6 tshirts I wear with any regularity, hence me always having the same 2-3 shirts on in every picture you see of me.

When I show my black and white portraits of my sister everyone asks if they're self-portraits from a few years ago. I'd say she looks pretty similar to me save for the fact her hair is a lot lighter than mine and she has it highlighted so it's really blonde now.

So, some of us still exist.
