Hey so.. I was doing cardio conditioning this morning and fucking hating my life and my brain was all "LOL you haven't told the PC you're not a drunk fat ass anymore!!" I figured I do owe an update here.

TL;DR I went to Vancouver and got MDMA therapy and it seriously was like magic. I'm still upset by what happened when I was little but I can think about it without re-traumatizing myself.

Ever since I've lost 60 pounds.. I thought I had 40 pounds to go but I'm at 33 percent body fat so fuck the weight my only goal is to build muscle and destroy fat. I'm happy again and when I'm not, I'm aware it's not real, just my brain being a dick.

I'm doing a half marathon in a week and next winter I'll be doing my first powerlifting meet. This is me a couple weeks ago. The bruises on me are from a Jiu Jitsu clinic, and deadlifting:

Thank you.. And yeah, looking back I'm kind of amazed I was able to endure the shitty fog of anxiety and depression for so much of my life. I thought feeling terrible all the time was normal. Or not endure though, considering I was drinking myself to death/eating myself into an early grave. But I'm really glad I held on. I feel like my body reflects my mental state now.

There was a free beer at the end of my run but drinking beer after running sounds repulsive and it had Isinglass filtering so boo. I'd have killed for a spliff though, hahaha!

No running, was about 6 hours round trip. Beer after that sounds like a chance to vomit. I was also lugging around in biker boots, thought I was going to die at the end. If it decides to stop raining, I'm doing a 40 mile round trip with a full pack. Hiking from Missoula to Glacier lake and back. Will be a 4 day venture. Did manage to forage a couple dozen shrooms on that last hike, tasty stuff.


P.S. If you ever have a chance to get a hold of some White Fire OG, do it, smoke that shit before the run. Really high energy and heady buzz, I was sure I figured out the cure to cancer by the end of the day. Careful though, it's labeled at 32% THC, stick to the 3 puff rule for sure.

A lot of the ladies in my online fitness group like hitting the trees before lifting but it totally saps my motivation. I do best when I'm a little hungry and very hyper (naturally I am a big fan of pre workout as a result).

Also Christ on a bike, go you doing that hike in biker boots. Bad shoes are pretty much the worst thing ever for any endurance activity, second only to shitty socks. Good luck on that 40 miler, I sometimes pick up the weight I've lost as free weights and am like "lol nope never hauling that around again".

Take the Road to the Sun to the east side where you can pick up a trail head, follow it west, through the pass and onward back down the west side. All in all it's a 20+ mile hike, with pretty decent elevation change, but nothing terrible. Some great waterfalls, spectacular views, and some glacier fun. I think there's also a slightly longer route, if you want more, and there are some side treks to visit some pretty nice waterfalls and what not.

Thanks! We've been dabbling with rice cereal and sweet potatoes. She mostly makes a mess, the point to starting them this early is to get them used to the spoon. Its slow, but shes starting to get it.

It's my two nephews from my half brother (same father) who married a half german/half japanese (i.e. the enemy in WW2) and they came out. Honestly, my favorite family members hands down. These kids get what it takes to be successful and work hard to do it.
