As much as I hate it, that is how my boss runs this business. Everyone expects to get a deal, they think they're special because that is the atmosphere he has built, but he doesn't know who anyone is. He just builds it into the price... which is why I can take $25 off, and why people haggle here, but its so fucking annoying that they haggle on THE STUFF THAT IS ALREADY ON CRAZY SALE. It's the owner's fault, his craptastic dishonest pricing system builds in wildly inflated prices. Also, it is one thing to ask for a discount, it is another thing to be rude to me about it. There are different types of customers, ones that ask for what they want but are polite, and ones that are assholes and I don't go the extra mile for.

I pretty much know which items are marked up, and which aren't marked up. If someone is buying something that is inflated, I give them a discount pretty much without them asking, if something is reasonably priced (based on what the owner paid for it), and you ask politely for a discount, I will give you what I can. If you are a dickhead to me the entire time and complain that I can't give you more of a discount, I'm not going to try harder to give you what you want.

Some people are spoiled and they don't deserve to get the discount for being a brat about it.

But the point of the post is, some people are complete assholes and all you can do is laugh about it.

When shown the call log receipt *everything is taken down AND spoken back for confirmation of order*, she got really upset at me. And started calling me a racist. Saying I was lying and that I purposefully wrote down the wrong shit when she called in the order just because she SOOOOOUNDS black (I had to specifically CAPS that word because she did that slow motion loud scream head bob to stretch out the word). I told her that I did not record the order *At the time I was training on cake writing, I didn't do orders yet*. Then, I removed one of my gloves, pulled out my wallet, and showed her a picture of me and a tall skinny black girl. She said, "OH WHO IS THAT, YOUR N***** BITCH?!" (Pardon saying that, even with the *. I don't like that word)

No no, the guy who did it made fuck sure they ate it. Our line cook was a master at covering stuff up. I remember this one old guy who was a total prick. The vending machine vending machine was cool. My cousin has one. It's a giant vending machine that you pull a really big lever, and out pops a 10 inch by 10 inch vending machine. Not too big. Has a compartment that you can unhook in the back and pour candy/coins/tiny toys/etc inside, and has a ratcheted intake slot so you can pick the coin size *dimes, pennies, quarters, etc*. Actually, quite cool I thought. It came with some Japanese candy already in it, but shit was disgusting and stale.

The people thing was infinitely more interesting. It was at a carnival/festival/celebration of some sort, and my cousin sent me video of this HUGE *Couldn't be less than 12 feet tall, and about the width of a typical storefront* vending machine with a bouncepad in front, and a bar lever you grab onto with both hands (like a pull-up bar) and pull it down. You insert money to pull it, and depending on who you pull, it costs you a varying amount to take the person out of the vending machine. There were men, women, clowns, people in costumes. One of them was a cosplay sailor moon. But it's all random. You can't PICK who you spin. Only whether you want them.
