I never thought concealed was covered anyways. I'm really okay with licensing for it.

I can't get behind "may carry" states. At all.
At issue was California's law on concealed weapons, which requires citizens to prove they have "good cause" to carry concealed firearms to get a license. Plaintiffs challenged guidelines in San Diego and Yolo counties that did not consider general self-defense to be enough to obtain a license.

Like I said, I think it's pretty reasonable for them to know about Florida and its alligators. They made a very idiotic mistake and will indeed have to live with it for the rest of their lives. Wishing that kind of pain on someone seems particularly cruel in its own right to me, however.

It depends on exactly where the child went in and where the family was, but where Disney may run in to a bit of liability is that it appears from an article and pictures is that it was a sandy "beach type" (my words) area that led directly up to the lagoon. Just because a zoo puts a bench in an area with tigers that isn't closed off to the public and puts a sign that says don't sit here does not absolve said zoo of any responsibility. Know what'm sayin.

It's not, really. Especially that area. Central/Northern Maine is really really rural. Portland and Southern Maine, while still very nice, are more of the "city" type environments. Yep. They don't make anything in America anymore though. They're an importer, like everybody else. That's not to say that US manufacturing is gone though. US Manufacturing has steadily risen. We just build things like Supercomputers and Jumbo Jets and Oh god just all the fucking weapons.
