Next, I never once disputed what Vance said. My comments were directly solely at the two, or maybe it was 3 that said the allies negotiated with Germany, which is incorrect, they never did.

Once again, the allies discussed it, or as you put it, negotiated more than a year before the conclusion of the war, so negotiations did not end WW2, if they did, it would have finished in 43.
So Vance stating that WW2 ended with negotiations, is false. There was zero negotiations done at any point leading up to Germany’s surrender.
On top of that, the negotiations had zero to do with Germany actually surrendering, why? Quite simple, Germany wasn’t involved and had no clue what the allies discussed.
