People keep saying there is fraud. Why? There has been no proof. What have you seen with your own eyes? What evidence do you have? Or at least what evididence can you share a link to?

By all means yes and yes! Jail time for the offenders. I think most Americans, and probably every person living in a democracy, wants free and fair elections. No one wants an installed authoritarian who works for their own interests rather than the majority's.

Poll workers are bipartisan and transparent. No widespread fraud has ever been found. 50 states doing them all their own way is a hurdle to a coordinated fraud effort. Every vote post marked by election day must be counted.

You do realize it all depends on how each state counts the votes right? Some states allowed the people to open up and count ballots before the day of the election, others like PA did not.
Some states counted in person votes first, and mail in voting last... others did not.

That wasn't my question. The question relates to how the trajectory changed. Look at Florida and Minnesota - you can see the trajectory. It's largely stable with a predictive outcome. You don't see that in the majority of the battleground states.

A leader in transition who is replacing the head of the military right before they are scheduled to leave office is concerning no matter what.

But when that leader is currently trying to invalidate the results of the election the got him voted out.... Yeah that's worth paying attention to.

That wasn't my question. The question relates to how the trajectory changed. Look at Florida and Minnesota - you can see the trajectory. It's largely stable with a predictive outcome. You don't see that in the majority of the battleground states.

My concerns may be speculative, but they're not hypothetical. This isn't a new play.

Sow division and fear among the population, turn everyone against each other "Those BLM supporters are criminals and terrorists trying to take your country away and take your freedom!", deploy federal officers in volatile areas to incite people further and then use that as an excuse to invoke the Insurrection Act. See he already tried to do that once a few months ago. And Esper was the one who stopped him. His falling out was over Esper's rush to tell everyone the Insurrection Act was inappropriate in the situation.

Fast forward to the last few weeks:

Trump has been inciting his supporters into violence and congratulating them when they've done things like surrounded the Biden campaign bus to try to harass them into leaving and blocking major highways into democratic cities all over the country. He's been telling them over and over again that there's going to be voter fraud, that mail in ballots are all fraudulent.

Now that he lost- from mail in ballots (which he knew was going to happen), he's been telling them that the election is being "stolen from them" by "very bad people"/Democrats. Telling them over and over again that he actually won, and the Democrats are faking the results. "They're trying to take your country, They're trying to take your country". He abjectly refuses to agree to the transition of power. His administration won't even let it begin. And we already have armed protests popping up in swing states full of Trump supporters with ARs.

And then, very "randomly", Trump removes the one person who stopped him from using the Insurrection Act a few months ago when he created a similar situation in this country. And reportedly he's about to replace the heads of the FBI and CIA.

Gee, I wonder if he's going to try to do the *EXACT* same thing he already tried to do a few months ago?

I *genuinely* hope I'm wrong here. I really do. But this is feeling really familiar.

If, for example, PA had a similar distribution as was seen in Minnesota or Florida, I'd be less inclined to believe there was foul play. The distributions should raise the red flag of any auditor of the process.

Mail ins also just had to be postmarked for election day in many states. So they obviously wouldn't arrive until later. This isn't rocket science dude.

There's a slight drift in most states in the decrease of the ratio (i.e. dem to rep) that occurs, which is likely due to the rural area mail in ballots coming in. Please explain why Florida and Minnesota's trends go down if what you say above is true.

1) unsuccessfully try to repeal Obamacare (while suggesting no alternative)
2) successfully pass deficit-busting tax cuts which overwhelmingly favorite the super-wealthy
3) appoint hordes of unqualified federal judges (openings which were only open because of GOP refusal to govern during Obama's tenure)

Since the DNC retook the House at the beginning of 2019, they've passed tons of bills, which the GOP-controlled Senate has failed to act on virtually all of. I'll admit, it doesn't look good for Trump. What's interesting though is McConnell has backed Trump in the recounts. Legal challenge here is to count legal ballots. The data is suggestive of a lot of ballot dumping in several states like PA, MI, GA and WI. A recount could potentially shake things up.

No, the data looks like the opposite of that. First off, the end result not being what you expected is not actually reasonable evidence of voter fraud. Secondly, the "surprise" factor here was how badly the Dems did, not how great a night it was for them. So even if we used that standard, it wouldn't point to what you think it's pointing to.

This entire situation was a set up from Trump, from the beginning. He spent months baselessly claiming that mail in voting was fraudulent, and that you couldn't trust it, blah blah blah. He also told people that COVID was a hoax. If you were dumb enough to believe Trump's mail in vote = voter fraud claim, then you were probably dumb enough to believe COVID is a hoax. That means if you were a Trump supporter, you probably voted in person on election day.

Meanwhile, Democrats know the pandemic is real and so voted by mail. That means that votes cast in person on election day **heavily** favored Trump. And votes cast early via mail **heavily** favored Biden.

Trump *knew* that states like PA count their mail in ballots last. It was always going to be an initial big batch of Trump votes and then, over the next few days, the **literally** millions of mail in ballots were going to start trickling in that would break heavily for Biden.

So let's be clear: Trump *created* this situation by convincing his supporters to all cast ballots in person on election day, and then he turned around and pointed to it and said it was evidence of voter fraud. And if you had been consuming any non-partisan news at all in the last few months, you'd know this. Because everyone knew what Trump was doing except his own supporters. And every news outlet was repeatedly telling people we were going to get a wave of GOP votes and then a wave of Dem votes counted after the fact.

The big exceptions? Well for one- Arizona. Where Republicans have been voting absentee by mail for years. It was the exact opposite there. Biden started with a 10 point lead on Tuesday night, and over time it was chipped away significantly because the mail in ballots were overwhelmingly GOP. And everyone knew that would happen.

Other exceptions? States that count their mail in ballots first, before election day. Most states allow the election workers to at least start verifying the ballots before the day of the election- which means they start with the mail in ballot votes. And we were warned that those states would have 3 phases: first a big chunk of democratic votes that would put Biden in the lead, then- as election day votes were counted- Republican votes pushing Trump back up significantly. THEN the mail in ballots that arrived on the day of the election, which would be counted last and would heavily break for Biden.

And everything we were told would happen DID happen exactly as expected.

How is it possible, without ballot box stuffing and other fraudulent shenanigans in a state that is evenly divided, for Trump to have at least 1.1 million more same day votes than Biden? The only answer, based on your logic, is fraud. In reality, Biden had a 1.2 million vote lead before the polls opened on election day. Biden wasn't cutting into Trump's lead, Trump was reducing Biden's lead throughout election day. Biden's ballots were already in and waiting to be counted.

Compare it to a poker hand. Once the cards are shuffled and cut the best hand has been determined and will not change regardless of the order in which the cards are revealed. In Pennsylvania, Biden had the best hand.
