North Carolina, Nevada -- 274/264
Arizona, Nevada -- 270/269

I think Trump will win North Carolina and has a reasonable chance of winning Georgia and Arizona. I do not think he will win Nevada. If I'm right, then Trump's best hope is winning Pennsylvania, Georgia, North Carolina and Arizona, producing an electoral result of 279/259. When he loses any one of those states, then it's pretty much over. The smart folks -- the same people who said Biden would win in a landslide -- say he can't do it. The state Trump most needs, Pennsylvania, will be the hardest for him to win. Another state that will be very tough to win and that will probably be called sooner is Arizona.

I think everything should be more transparent and timely, but votes are votes. Honestly, they just shouldn't post shit about the elections until a week after the polls close. All mail-ins and absentees must be postmarked by the date of the polls closing. Then the states get a week of counting and certifying.

I think seeing the counts how we do now, especially with the news services calling, and then flipping, and then calling again is what is getting everyone. A lot of people don't even seem to realize that the news desk calls are in no way at all official.

While I agree with this argument, that the Electoral College may have had it's place before the invention of many modern things, I'd expand on that thought and apply it to our governments system of representation. When our forefathers devised the systems of representation, a man had to ride a horse or hike to Washington to tell them something. They didn't know about phones, computers, telegrams, emails, texts, etc. We no longer really need to send a dude from the neighborhood all the way to Washington to tell them what we think. Instead, there’s a focus on climate change, social equity, wealth inequality, international diplomacy, and so forth. So no, it’s not that lives will prosper financially. Alright, so now I would ask you to show me one instance where someone's guns were seized under a red flag law where you don't think that person was an imminent threat. I'm assuming you have some examples, and I am honestly asking because I have never heard of any situations, but I also don't follow gun news very avidly as I'm assuming you do. Not saying it's not out there, but personally, I support red flag laws. Unstable people who have proven to be a potential threat to public safety shouldn't have guns. If that bothers you, I'd honestly question if you're mentally stable. I don't see that as seizure, especially since the guns are returned at some point.
