Just a place to chronicle the winnings of the Trump Administration.
1) Hamas / Israel Peace Deal
There is a very simple explanation for this peace deal:
America has its cock & balls again.
Biden took credit for that. Now, while it was his administration that would have worked over the details, there was no serious talk, by either side, until right after Trump won the election.
So sure, Biden can take credit for creating the framework, but it is only there because they know Trump is coming in.
The only reason everything is getting "shut off"... is other Nations know that the free flow of money being sent everywhere (except to US citizens), is about to come to a halt.
Biden in office - cause trouble - billions/trillions sent overseas, which is hard to track and easily "lost".
Trump in office - stop causing trouble - no money sent overseas, because Trump expects them to pay for it themselves.
Don't believe me? You tell me where the discrepancy lies.

Only 1.5 business days plus a weekend until we begin a new era of freedom. America’s decline is finally Joever.
Biden is leaving Trump with a substantially stronger starting point than Trump left Biden.
GDP growth during Trump's last year in office was negative 2.3%. Final numbers for 2024 are predicted to be positive 2.3%.
The unemployment rate for December 2020 was 6.7%, compared to 4.1% for December 2024.
We were in the midst of an epidemic at the conclusion of Trump's term -- an epidemic that, based on objective health outcomes, was handled worse in the U.S. than in most other developed countries. Not now.
Although inflation indices are complicated to compare, we can pick an item and generalize from there. I'll pick cookies, since that is what most interests people. You sometimes hear people talk about egg prices, but the reason they buy eggs in the first place is to make cookies. Cookie prices are down a staggering 19%!
I have the most amazing QC manager that always brought into office homemade cookies for every Monday morning scrum. With the stroke of a pen, requiring a return to office for those in the government sphere, Trump has restored this most revered practice.
Trump has made cookies great again.
Trump pulled us out of the Paris Climate Accord AND WHO?
Damn. If Trump could just pull us out of the UN he would already be the best president in the history of the entire universe.
Add securing our border to the list of achievements as it happened within mere hours of Trump assuming office. Turns out the President DOES have the power to stop illegal immigration & it really is that easy. Who woulda thunk it?

We’re just beginning to scratch the surface in exposing the harm of progressive policies, open borders, & the soft on crime approach of the last 4 years. Convicted rapists, gang members, thieves, sex traffickers, and murders…these people were released intentionally into our communities and kept safe from justice in so called sanctuary cities by our elected politicians.
Politicians, judges, and bureaucrats that sew destruction in their communities through their blatant inaction and/or hindrance of justice need to be held responsible & made an example of for the public. It’s past time these scumbags fear the repercussions for their vile acts by the good citizens of America.

Honestly, Mitch should just quit now. He's barely there mentally.
And I get Susan Collins... I might not agree with her, but she is representing her state which voted for Kamala. But seriously, how the fuck is Lisa Murkowsky still in office? State is overwhelmingly Republican and she votes like a Democrat more than a Republican.

Anyway, this #winning thread will eventually become a chronical of the abysmal failures of the American Taliban administration. I approve!
I’ll give a small amount of credit to the Biden administration for putting together the ceasefire agreement many months ago.
However, Hamas had absolutely no intention of agreeing those terms until Trump was elected and he sent Steve Witkoff to persuade them & their moderators Qatar & Egypt. Turns out that telling them to accept these terms or Trump will make certain that everyone in Hamas would be killed once he assumes the office of the presidency is a great motivator.

I hope you came back to take ClydeR's retard championship title.
If Trump wasn't elected President.. nothing would have happened. It was under the threat of the new administration that Hamas actually blinked.
It's not a coincidence that it happened a week before Trump got into office.

The Trump administration is deporting so many illegal aliens so fast that the administration is scrambling to secure more planes to keep the deportations flowing.
Imagine if Biden cared enough about American citizens to deport murderers and rapists like this. I guess Back will just have to settle for the fact that illegals were free to murder and rape for 4 years under the president he elected and supported.
I don't ever want to hear a Democrat ever say anything about how they "care for children" or "it's for the children." They don't give a damn for children, there is no way that Trump magically found these kids this quickly. Democrats knew or had reason to know where they were all along.

The President of Colombia refuses to allow military planes from the U.S. to land in Colombia. Trump wants to deport illegal immigrants to Colombia on U.S. military planes, instead of civilian planes. Trump says that in response to Colombia's refusal he is imposing 25% tariffs with an additional 25% coming next week. You know what that means.
Although I haven't research it, I would imagine Colombia's biggest export is Shakira songs. She's been shaking her hips all the way to the bank for 20 years and hasn't aged a day. Trump will put a stop to it.
It might also affect Juan Valdez and his coffee business.
I predict that Colombia will back down. Trump will make an example of any country that refuses to have open borders for our military.
Didn't Colombia already back down like less than an hour after Trump bitch slapped their president?
Also apparently the president of Colombia's main concern was that his criminal citizens were in handcuffs. Am I to understand that in Colombia when they transfer gang members, murderers, and rapists that they don't place them in handcuffs? Please.

The stock market's decline after Trump's threat of tariffs on Colombia is a warning and omen of things to come. Trump's childish online behavior did not help to calm investor nerves.
Quote:
Amid tariff war and no acceptance of military planes transporting deported migrants, United States President Donald Trump took the Truth Social to share a photograph of himself wearing a fedora hat with four letters “FAFO" written alongside which appeared like a clear attack on Colombia’s President Gustavo Petro.
The post was shared around the time when Trump said that he would impose travel bans, sanctions and tariffs on Colombia because the country refused to accept two US military planes which were carrying deported migrants as part of his immigration crackdown.

Utterly fucking clueless. As if tariffs on Folgers mean anything to anyone.
The tech and related sectors selling off heavily today are due to China's DeekSeek AI being faster, cheaper, and more efficient than anything our big tech has put out to date. And it's a real concern.
I warned everybody about that a week ago. Old news. The stock market is reacting to new news, the tariff war with Colombia.
Besides, R1 is not the best. See https://huggingface.co/spaces/lmaren...na-leaderboard
The only people that are to blame are the AI models that sensor the shit out of their AI. $200 month for OpenAI that is closed source and heavily censored. The winner of this race will be open source without censorship. Deepseek is free and open source. China bad, though.
So, in your head.. you believe that the threat of additional tariffs with Colombia is causing a stock market downturn.. even though there are no increased tariffs because, just as you predicted accurately 6 hours after the fact.. Colombia bent the knee and kissed the ring?
Fantastic.
The market issue is the thesis that massive compute power is needed to run these models. That is now in question, which has caused the sell-off in Nvidia today, down 17% at the moment. Nvidia down big means Nasdaq down big. The Dow is basically flat today. Oh, and the realization that China may be ahead in the AI race, even though big bad Biden supposedly cut their access to Nvidia chips. So.
Oh, and SJM (JM Smucker, maker of Folgers coffee) is up 3% today, tariffs must be good for stocks!
lol
Imagine thinking tariffs on goods from a country that represents .05% of the US' total GDP and mostly consists of coffee and flowers is going to have the slightest effect on US stocks.
I think the US and the world at large will survive. Colombia on the other hand would have suffered greatly if they allowed the tariffs to go through.

Apparently the Trump administration is planning to rename all the military bases back to their original names, with the SecDef already calling it Fort Bragg again.
Do you think that would be lawful?
Congress passed a law in 2020 requiring the name changes. Trump vetoed the law. Bipartisan super majorities in both houses of Congress overrode his veto.
Trump's veto message from 2020 is below. Just for fun, I also highlighted the part about Trump's insistence that the law he vetoed should have included a repeal of Section 230.
Quote:
TO THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES:
I am returning, without my approval, H.R. 6395, the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 (the “Act”). My Administration recognizes the importance of the Act to our national security. Unfortunately, the Act fails to include critical national security measures, includes provisions that fail to respect our veterans and our military’s history, and contradicts efforts by my Administration to put America first in our national security and foreign policy actions. It is a “gift” to China and Russia.
No one has worked harder, or approved more money for the military, than I have — over $2 trillion. During my 4 years, with the support of many others, we have almost entirely rebuilt the United States military, which was totally depleted when I took office. Your failure to terminate the very dangerous national security risk of Section 230 will make our intelligence virtually impossible to conduct without everyone knowing what we are doing at every step.
The Act fails even to make any meaningful changes to Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act, despite bipartisan calls for repealing that provision. Section 230 facilitates the spread of foreign disinformation online, which is a serious threat to our national security and election integrity. It must be repealed.
Additionally, the Act includes language that would require the renaming of certain military installations. Over the course of United States history, these locations have taken on significance to the American story and those who have helped write it that far transcends their namesakes. My Administration respects the legacy of the millions of American servicemen and women who have served with honor at these military bases, and who, from these locations, have fought, bled, and died for their country. From these facilities, we have won two World Wars. I have been clear in my opposition to politically motivated attempts like this to wash away history and to dishonor the immense progress our country has fought for in realizing our founding principles.
The Act also restricts the President’s ability to preserve our Nation’s security by arbitrarily limiting the amount of military construction funds that can be used to respond to a national emergency. In a time when adversaries have the means to directly attack the homeland, the President must be able to safeguard the American people without having to wait for congressional authorization. The Act also contains an amendment that would slow down the rollout of nationwide 5G, especially in rural areas.
Numerous provisions of the Act directly contradict my Administration’s foreign policy, particularly my efforts to bring our troops home. I oppose endless wars, as does the American public. Over bipartisan objections, however, this Act purports to restrict the President’s ability to withdraw troops from Afghanistan, Germany, and South Korea. Not only is this bad policy, but it is unconstitutional. Article II of the Constitution makes the President the Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States and vests in him the executive power. Therefore, the decision regarding how many troops to deploy and where, including in Afghanistan, Germany, and South Korea, rests with him. The Congress may not arrogate this authority to itself directly or indirectly as purported spending restrictions.
For all of these reasons, I cannot support this bill. My Administration has taken strong actions to help keep our Nation safe and support our service members. I will not approve this bill, which would put the interests of the Washington, D.C. establishment over those of the American people. It is my duty to return H.R. 6395 to the House of Representatives without my approval.

Watching the media "fact check" Trump's claims of 60 million dollars worth of condoms to Gaza is hilarious.
"Fact check: WRONG! The US didn't send 60 million dollars worth of condoms to Gaza, the US spent 60 million dollars for various types of contraceptives to various countries in a single year!"
Oh snap! You got Trump now! It wasn't just 60 million dollars worth of condoms to ONE country, it was male condoms, female condoms, birth control pills, and IUDs to multiple countries!
Seriously, media, Clyder, Back, and the rest: just take a loss on this one already. Why the fuck are we spending 60 million dollars on contraceptives for other countries period? I don't give a shit what kind of contraceptives, I don't care how many countries it is, why the fuck are we doing that instead of feeding the children that Back pretends to care so much about?

You were acting like all they were doing was feeding people. You said USAID was one of the things America was doing that brought actual good to the world, you then said it was paying farmers to feed children.
Now here we are learning that they were spending millions of dollars on condoms and birth control pills and drag queen shows and transgender comic book heroes. You equated all of the good they were doing with feeding children in a pathetic attempt to make people look bad for wanting this organization's funding shut down.
A very small amount of the money actually went towards feeding children? Great! Let's keep doing that but cut out what is probably over 90% of pork in the agency's budget. Stop acting as if all they were doing was feeding children.

US, Ukraine agree to terms of critical minerals deal
The U.S. and Ukraine have agreed on the terms of a draft minerals deal central to Kyiv's push to win Washington's support as President Donald Trump seeks to rapidly end the war with Russia, two sources with knowledge of the matter said on Tuesday.
https://www.reuters.com/world/zelens...ay-2025-02-25/
Meanwhile, Ukrainian officials have said Kyiv has agreed a framework for an economic deal with the US which will see them trade rights to rare minerals in exchange for continued aid.
The deal sets out the terms to create a new fund to invest in Ukraine's minerals, rare earth materials and other valuable natural resources.
It no longer contains an initial demand by the United States for a right to $500bn (£394bn) in potential revenue from the resources.
This deal is laying the ground work for further assistance to Ukraine with a possibility of more weapons, it has nothing to do with ending the war.

“I am in serious discussions with President Vladimir Putin of Russia concerning the ending of the War, and also major Economic Development transactions which will take place between the United States and Russia,” Trump wrote in a post on Truth Social. “Talks are proceeding very well!”
During remarks on Russian state television Monday, Putin said he had yet to have any detailed talks with Trump about ending the conflict in Ukraine, according to the Associated Press.
The autocrat added that Russian and American negotiating teams hadnÂ’t discussed ending the war, either, during a meeting in Saudi Arabia last week.
Didn’t he say over and over again that this war would be over on day 1 of his presidency?
[QUOTE=Solkern;2315788]The autocrat added that Russian and American negotiating teams hadnÂ’t discussed ending the war, either, during a meeting in Saudi Arabia last week./QUOTE]
If they weren't talking about tending the war, what were they talking about?
I don’t know what Putin is telling his people or the motives behind it, but it sounds to me like we are very close to a ceasefire and resolution.
Let me ask you this…if the war ends this week or next week, are you still going to complain that Trump didn’t solve this on day 1, or will you be satisfied that he was able to negotiate peace where Biden could not?
You wouldn't believe it if I told you. But I will anyway. During WW2, the Allies and Soviets invaded Persia, or Iran, and overthrew its government so that the country could be used as a supply route and to control its oil. After the war, Iran's oil interests were divided between the Soviets and mostly British companies on terms that were highly unfavorable to Iran. Iran began to democratize. They had open elections with a secular, progressive government, including elected women who spoke and were respected members of Parliament. The government, among other things, wanted to nationalize its oil resources, taking them back from foreign powers. Because of potential disruption of oil supplies, the CIA orchestrated the overthrow of Iran's democratic government and replaced that government with a brutal dictator, who was hated so much that he was overthrown by the revolutionaries who control and oppress Iran today. This short summary leaves out a lot of interesting plot twists! It's a sad tale, but fascinating and, more importantly, cautionary.
It sounded like they were close to a ceasefire and resolution, according to who? Trump? Because in Russia news and media and from the president of Russia himself, they didn’t discuss shit, and he said it openly on TV, and not behind closed doors.
We both know Trump is a pathological liar, and he’s lying about this as well.
How can you be close to a ceasefire when one of the countries involved wasn’t involved in the “discussion”?
You act like it’s America and Russia at war, and needing a ceasefire and resolution…pretty sure Ukraine needs to be in the talks for it to happen, cause you know.. they are the ones fighting?
That’s like your wife and your kid’s teacher planning a fantastic trip to Disney world for a week for you and the kids, on your dime.
Doesn’t work that way.
Give it a week or two. One of us is wrong.
I’m going to give it to you straight: Ukraine has no leverage. They can’t continue without the support of the USA, and Europe to a lesser extent. They have been a useful meat grinder against our mortal enemy but that usefulness is beginning to fade along with their military aged males. It’s time to make peace. They will do what we (USA and Europe to a lesser extent) tell them to do, else they will get steamrolled by Russia when their support is cut off.
The internet vs your retarded Persia connection:

The only parallel I see is that a Democratic president (Carter) interfered in Iranian politics and the result was utterly disastrous for the world. The Obama/Biden agenda interfered in Ukraine and the same thing happened.
Great job Clyde for pointing that out.
You're hilariously infected. And I love it. Hope it's contagious and then your wife's bf will catch it.
We're funding it.Quote:

wut? There sounds like a story there....Quote:

The way it's worded, apparently the US and Russia are doing the peace talks and Ukraine is paying for it.

I don’t know what to make of his whole analogy. All I know is nobody in my family is going to Disney World anytime soon. Kathleen Kennedy retiring this year is a good start, but not enough. Disney needs to make something of value worth watching. Something. Anything. We canceled Disney+ a couple years ago and the kids barely noticed.
You didn't like Agatha? Mandalorian? Andor? Such a great name. Season 2, coming soon, should be called Andxor.
Agatha's plot twists, which I won't spoil for any of you, caught me by complete surprise.
Best scene from Andor.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zJOoyrIbdHU
No. I stopped watching the Star Wars shows right around Mandalorian S3. The first two seasons were good. I watched the Obi-Wan show which was terrible, and got the message that Disney was incapable of making good content for the IP.
I’ve heard mixed things about Andor, but haven’t seen it and couldn’t tell you.
I’ve never even heard of Agatha All Along, but just looking at some of the screenshots and the plot summary now…it looks gay as fuck.
I’m sure you bought advanced tickets for Black Captain Hates America & Latinx Snow White. I have no interest in such lame remakes for the “modern” audience.
I thought Andor was great. It was the first thing that was Star Wars related that felt closer to the Star Wars series than anything before. I thought Rogue One movie was pretty good, way better than any other Star Wars movie Disney made. Andor took what was done well in Rogue One and expanded upon it, which I really liked. Even if the second season of Andor isn't only half as good as the first, it'll still be better than anything else Star Wars related (aside from season 1) that Disney has put out since they acquired the IP.
Mandalorian, S1 was good. Then Disney took to doing it's own cancel culture with Gina Carano; not only did they drop her from Season 2 they also pulled the rug on doing a spin off with her. S2 was pretty bad and I didn't bother with S3.
They've done pretty much the same with Marvel once they hit Thor: Ragnarok, the movies just became utter trash aside from the Spider-Man movies (always kind of had a soft spot for Spiderman, so I'm a bit biased...although I did like Toby Maguire Spiderman better, except for the third movie he did, that one sucked). A guy from work got opening day tickets for the new Captain America and this guy is a huge Marvel's fan. He even likes them enough to enjoy the She Hulk series that was trash. He was psyched for the new Captain America, said it was going to be great! After he saw it he said it was a 5 out of 10. A pretty big letdown....he looked like someone punched him in the stomach.
You should check out Andor.
I did like Rogue One. I was going to say the only Star Wars shows and movies I have enjoyed during the Kathleen Kennedy era was Rogue One & Mandalorian S1-S2. Everything else sucks, and there is A LOT of suck. Maybe I’ll check out Andor one day.
I make it no secret I’m a big Cobra Kai fan. The series just recently concluded and is a masterpiece. I wish Disney could learn a thing or two from it.

The impact of the Dept. of Education cuts will be the dominating issue in the '26/'28 elections. Democrats will be looking for any disruptions they can attribute to the cuts. I look for Trump to start shifting the focus on the replacement programs mentioned during the end of the campaign over the coming weeks. This is going to really upset PB when he finds out that MAGA has always been a "national socialist" movement.
You're projecting.
Unlike you, I don't get upset over a forum.
Unlike you, I didn't have to create a new login because I burned the last one with stupidity.
Sorry you don't like it when I use your own words against you... I have never described myself as a socialist.
Because unlike you, I'm not a fucking retard.
