I've literally never had a job where if the employer wants to fire me.. I'm given no notice, no due process and no opportunity to defend myself.

You sound like Backlash now playing semantics. If a person is being fired, it would be in the best interests of any company to do so without letting them continue to access company resources and tools. Because some people react poorly to being fired and could put the employed people or their work at risk is all I mean.

I've never never been fired, but I did my share of firing. I never gave them any notice, never gave them any due process and never gave them an opportunity to defend themselves.

What I see is capitol under the guise of religion instigating an intentional break up the EU. Divisive forces managed to get Brexit to happen now they are going for the rest of Europe. Fracturing/dividing will weaken the member's collective power. Its the same principle as dividing a population to keep them under control. Dividing states will weaken their collective and possibly each of their individual regulations over labor, safety, and fairness so that capitol can squeeze more money out of the population for themselves. Society needs regulation to protect its health, welfare, working conditions, and environment by resisting capitol's greed.

Its not surprising to see our VP take up that torch. This administration has been very successful in dividing the United States. They are taking the American propaganda road show abroad.
