the “records” in this ruling are grand jury testimony and exhibits and the laws around releasing stuff like this is very strict. why hasn't trump tried to release them?

also just to show how stupid you are, the judge who made the ruling said it was a “distraction” and the DOJ doesn't need a court’s permission to release non–grand jury investigative records if it chooses to. what was being sought were the grand jury transcripts, which were protected and he couldn't open them, but if the DOJ wanted the non grand jury materials they could do whatever they wanted without juge's approval.

Besides, judges routinely keep grand jury transcripts under wraps to protect the victims.

The FBI has all the evidence. No judge needed to release it. It won't happen because Patel, Bondi, and Bongino, and the entire spineless republican party are now covering up for the president and the whole pedophile ring.
