A 24-year-old man has been arrested for setting fire to a South Carolina Tesla charging station. Daniel Clarke-Pounder ended up setting himself on fire while carrying out the act of protest against Elon Musk.


Clarke-Pounder burned down three EV chargers in a South Carolina parking lot, according to the New York Post. He even scrawled “f–k Trump” and “long live the Ukraine” at the parking lot.


Lucy Grace Nelson, the department alleged, was apprehended in Loveland, Colorado after trying to light Teslas on fire, and was later found to have materials for producing more incendiary weapons. A March 5 indictment charges Nelson with illegally possessing firearms and trying to commit arson against vehicles in interstate or foreign commerce.





A Salem, Oregon man was arraigned in federal court today for possessing Molotov cocktails while attempting to destroy property at a Salem car dealership.


Adam Matthew Lansky, 41, has been charged by criminal complaint with illegally possessing an unregistered destructive device.

That’s fair. I’ve engaged with you on many political topics with actual opinions on the topic at hand. I just fundamentally don’t understand why you hate the rich and have this victimhood mindset. Thought I try a different approach.

I don't hate the rich. I believe that we all, voters and non-voters, politicians, lobbyists, and the ultra wealthy have allowed the ultra wealthy and corporations to have more influence than the size of their actual representation in the population and have given them more in tax breaks, subsidies, and bail outs with taxpayer dollars that could instead be spent on more infrastructure for all Americans and safety nets for those in need of food, shelter, medical care, and education.

In other words I think we are responsible. America is a good ship. It's been sailing despite a few storms but going strong. Taking money out of politics, asking for fair contributions from the wealthy and corporations for the good of the country they benefit from, and lifting up our fellow citizens who need it is a tiny course correction that does not necessitate destroying some people for the benefit of others.

There's a reason why ultra wealthy are given tax breaks and subsidies when you have not... it's because they employ thousands and millions of people and you don't employ anyone. What tax break do you want that you believe you deserve?

This is a common misconception to people who don't understand the tax code.. or even taxes...

The top 1% of wage earners in this country pay about 40% of all the federal tax revenue while the bottom 50% only pay about 3%. To put it another way: Half the country pays 3% of the total tax revenue while the other 50% pays 97%
