You are correct. Lets get after Pelosi, Schumer, everyone in the squad, pencil neck, chinese spy lover, Menendez, Reid... there are more and I'll provide my hit list when republicans are in power again.

Trump was just found to have acted out in open rebellion and so made himself ineligible to hold high office, my post was confirmed.

I don’t think Trump being left off the Colorado ballot for president even matters, since Colorado is a blue state.

I think the bigger issue, will this have a domino effect? I wonder if SCOTUS will even want to get involved.

And we can expect a full retraction when it's overturned?

its going to be overturned and then every state will be forced to leave him on the ballot. Im glad Colorado did this now so we can get it cleared up before the election.

Funny how Democrats accuse Trump of interrupting the electoral process on J6 while they proactively seek to remove the decision from the people of this country on who shall be our next president. This is the most anti-American undemocratic thing I’ve ever experienced.

It’s cool though… This too shall be overturned.

Not talking specifically about Trump, but your logic is flawed. We are a country of law, if someone broke the law and therefore becomes ineligible to become president, the will of the people doesn’t really matter.

He isn't being left off the Colorado ballot for President.

He is being left off the Colorado ballot for the Republican primary.

What law did Trump break? Be specific.

Can you point me to the place where he was charged and convicted of that charge?

    Thanks.

You are correct: We are a country of laws. The Constitution was pretty clear on the presumption of innocence in this country.
