    Here is NotebookLM's summary..

"The court considered if a candidate could be removed from a presidential primary ballot for constitutional disqualifications under Section Three of the Fourteenth Amendment. The court concluded that the Secretary could not independently investigate the qualifications of a candidate but that courts could assess the candidate's qualifications and order the Secretary to remove the candidate from the ballot if necessary."

It'll be interesting to see if that is a good summary.

If the decision is upheld, it will be bye bye Biden. Trump is Biden's best bet as an opponent.

If you say so. Haley won't get half the votes polls imply she'd get. Republicans won't vote for woman candidate, much less a woman of Indian heritage through her parents that has been blasting Trump.

I think if Trump is left off the ballot, the Republicans will lose, I can see the entire Trump base putting him on as a write in ballot, taking away votes from whoever is against Biden, that is assuming SCOTUS upholds Colorado’s decision.
    The idiot award goes to…

It's for the primary, not the general.

SPOILER: Biden isn't running for the Republican nomination.

Republicans may still write in Trump but watch how many Dems flip to RFK Jr instead of Biden.

Sounds like a blanket statement. I thought you were against those? Oh wait, nevermind, I recall your very next sentence AFTER you said you were against those was a blanket statement. It's because you have TDS and cannot think. Please, carry on.
