Undoubtedly there is more to the story, but prima facia is we have a dead kid and an unrepentant old man whose in custody under two charges as a result of unlawful acts. We'll learn more as the charges are unsealed.

So... the "dead" kid left the hospital Saturday (shot on Thursday) and is recovering and in no danger from his wounds. I know you are used to dead people voting democratic, but this kid is breathing and walking around giving statements to the police.
