The DPRK has shown the way. The USA could easily follow this path to stop migration, but if they did so I’d be the first to get shot trying to get out.

On that issue, we need to find someone that lives in North Korea, that is allowed to freely use the internet, to give a substantiated answer.

Stopping migration is easy. Doing it in a way that the citizens of a prosperous and relatively free country will tolerate is the challenge.
Not to mention that North Korea is 80x smaller than the US .................................................. ........................
