Now I'm all for increased teacher pay, tougher oversight and easier hiring/firing practices for bad teachers, and smaller classroom size (increasing the teacher workforce)...
But firing based upon race? I'm pretty sure that idea is completely antithetical to the concept and direction we were headed as a Nation. This is what tribalism and leftist ideology results in.

All I see is "on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, or sex".... I don't see a carveout in that law for "under represented groups"...
The only way to support and reach the goal of full inclusivity, is to be FULLY inclusive... but... they like separating us based on our immutable aspects - have to keep the sheep in line.
