India has 3 or 4 genders at the very least. Dozens more depending who you ask. Just cause you think it's weird doesn't mean it's not a thing.
Thailand has 3, or as many as 18 depending who you asked.
Your point of view has no influence on their gender identity.
They do not require your acceptance or understanding in order to be.
