The only thing that will satisfy people like TGO1 is making strong edibles like the cold medicine that is only available if you ask the cashier (or in that case, pharmacist) for it. They then could pile on the pamphlets and verbal warnings.
There is no child-proofing going on right now with medibles in WA State. Most flowers are sold in child-proof containers, but I think the gummy bears are more at risk to that age group than a pile of leaves.
