Thanks for the suggestion of Unisom, PB. I'll look into it, because there's only so long I can use klonopin or ativan before I'll need to abstain. Klonopin kills my digestive system too, it's hard to eat for basically 24 hours after I take it.

My wife has insomnia sometimes because she's a worry wart about the smallest issues.. and it's either Advil PM (if she has a headache) or Unisom and she goes out like a light. I've used Unisom a few times when I couldn't get to sleep and it knocks me completely out and I don't feel like total shit when I wake up.
