So basically red states saw their premiums skyrocket while most blue states saw a minor increase or even a decrease!
This was Obama's plan all along, to bankrupt red states! As if the IRS thing wasn't enough, will this madman stop at nothing?
I also see why every story I hear about "OMG my premiums went down thanks to Obamacare!" is always from someone in NY.
