    This is a civil case, but he hasn’t been found guilty of any crimes including insurrection. In the criminal court he hasn’t even been charged with insurrection. I agree and uphold we are a nation of laws, but this (along with other cases) is an unprecedented clear political attack. We’re giving power to bureaucrat judges (whose opinion varies) on what happened J6 & Trump’s ballot eligibility on an amendment clause designed for the immediate following of the civil war. Insurrection in the 1860s meant armies fighting & hundreds of thousands of Americans dead. However you feel about Trump, J6, and all that…this is obviously way different.

    Let the people decide and let democracy prevail. Unless you think that the people are incapable of deciding for themselves, which would be a bigger issue.
