For some reason California is passing legislation to ban hand counting ballots. makes sense considering the digital booths are easier to manipulate.

For some reason California is passing legislation to ban hand counting ballots. makes sense considering the digital booths are easier to manipulate.
A county is trying to do away with audited, federally approved voting machines with hand counting as an as needed verification, and to put in place only hand counting ballots, and somehow you're chalking it up to a conspiracy. Pretty fuggin dumb dude. These people are probably trying to outlaw tractors and require hand plows too.
It does seem rather odd, doesn’t it? Then again, suppose you & I are just a couple of deplorable election-denying insurrectionists for asking questions when the voting machines in that state have a government approved sticker that reads “this voting machine is approved & audited by Governor Gavin Newsom & President Joe Biden”.
you know what they say, opposites attract.
A guy on my team who sits right next to me at work like me grew up in Dallas and is just a few years older than me. He married a girl from Philadelphia & she is a big Eagles fan. I don’t understand how that can work, but they have been happily married for many years & have two kids.
Anyways, funny story, he is mildly into firearms and we talk on that sometimes & went to the range once. He told me he was trying to teach her how to operate a pistol. When he handed it to her she removed the mag, locked back the slide, and inspected the chamber like a pro before setting it down on the table with the muzzle pointed in a safe direction. He asked her how she knew how to do that. She shrugged & her reply was something like “I grew up in Philly and we just know these things.”
So let's recap. Trump's people lied about a stolen election, falsified data etc., then tried to illegally access voting machine software which manifested for the first tien ever, the reality they alleged other's created. And you're counting coup. Wow.
Voting machines make a safe, tamper proof record of all of the ballots it processes. But the ballots themselves are always eligible for a recount regardless. I'm not sure how you ultra right crazies are going to justify more human only vote handling when American history is rife with stories of humans manipulating ballots. Now of course we have history made of a President trying to falsify the certified results after the election as well.
Seran: Trump and his people are the dumbest people ever!
Also Seran: Trump's people hacked the federally approved voting machines!
Can you stop being dumber than an amoeba for just one day?
The previous question was rhetorical, because you and I along with everyone else in the universe know that that's impossible.
This level of stupidity is just the tip of the iceberg with Seran.
Heres the thing, im really not all that conservative. Fiscally, yes. I was a Democrat in my youth until I hit the real world. My overall ambitions line up with a lot of Dem talking points, but the method the Dems want to use to get there only works in university think tanks. The left has gone so far left that its made a lot of previous democrats into republicans because of liberal extremism and america last. Chicago, Denver and New York are all trying to get out of sanctuary status, clearly the liberal agenda is working...
You know what I and many other MAGAs want? A LEVEL PLAYING FIELD AND THE CHANCE TO USE MY OWN EFFORT TO IMPROVE THE LIFE OF MY FAMILY. I dont need things handed to me as much as I wanted it when I was younger. All I want is to know that the effort I put in isnt going to be eroded because we send enough money to build a wall around the entire country 3x to Ukraine so it can be laundered and at the same time devaluing the currency that I am attempting to earn to support my family. I want to know that the food I eat isnt loaded with chemicals and GMO that lead to needing to overeat to get the same levels of nutrients. I want to know that the water I drink isnt leaving behind trace chemicals and metals in my body. I want to know that the vaccines that I put into my body have been properly tested and vetted and are actually benefitting society.
All of these things are what the government is supposed to be providing us. All of these things have been sold to the highest bidder. Our government does not work for the people and that is why we want to disrupt it. Call me whatever you want, Im not leaving.
I’d kinda like to think of myself the same way and not really all that conservative on the social issues. Unfortunately we are living through a post-constitutional republic in decay. As you pointed out ethics & commitment to serve the American people above politician’s own personal interests were sold out long ago.
Huh.. You know that the money being sent to Ukraine isn't money your otherwise be entitled to if it wasn't being used in the international effort to stage off Russian imperialism, right? It's also the Democrat platform which ensures funding for infrastructure like clean water, and that keeps the USDA funded in order to make sure that food conglomerates aren't feeding you rats and broken glass.
Not entirely sure what your problem with GMO is, but generally modifications like drought resistance, harvest increases, and pest resistance are advances which benefit society. I suppose if you're an antivaxxer as your post seems to infer, but it's been a couple of years now and there's not been a mass breakout of birth defects, mind control, and spiritual damnation as a result of vaccinations like the far right would have you believe.
It honestly seems like you believe in what Democrats are doing but somehow got convinced that what the Left had accomplished which you support should he laid at the feet of the Republicans who opposed them.
you take everything at face value and that is why you are blind to reality. Is there anything the gov't tells you that you don't believe/trust/follow?
Why do you support Ukranian Nazi's? I guess that just a socialist thing. Its really not hard to see why Russia invaded if you ignore the Biden admin lie that there are no bio-labs in ukraine(wait till you find out about taiwan). How is Flint doing with their water? Why are they working to add mRNA vaccines into USDA foods? The same USDA that doesnt seem to care that the majority of our meat processing has been sold to china or burned to the ground.
I dont have enough time to dive into GMO but its really not hard to find out why its not good. I am in fact fully vaccinated(aside from covid/flu) as are my kids, I had my reservations for sure as anyone that actually looks into vaccine safety would. I guess the rates of "sudden death" and the rising costs of insurance for the vaccinated dont mean anything.
The democrats of 30 years ago tried for the types of things I speak of. Todays Democrats are not of the same ilk. Bring back the party of Kennedy and we can talk, the party of Soros wants America to fail.
Seran can't understand either of these concepts because he doesn't work or pay taxes. And because he's extremely stupid. He's the perfect democrat voter, because they rely very heavily on retards to vote for them.
The amount of stupid juice flowing around in your empty head has to be some sort of never before seen whatever the fuck scientists would call it. Holy fuck.
Be more of an NPC why don't you, fucking dumbass.
Protip: Tax money not spent in Ukraine can be spent here in the US where it should be. The fact that you can't figure this out on your own isn't surprising. It would be surprising if literally anyone else on the planet said it. Just not you.
If our infrastructure was set and we were operating at a surprus, ok, I would hear the argument for sending money to help a war-torn country. This aint that.
I suppose its just some HUGE coincidence that Biden, Pelosi, Kerry and Newsome ALL have kids that work sit on the boards of Ukranian energy companies right? Definitely has nothing to due with the fact that Biden removed the person investigating the very same energy companies(and trump got impeached for asking about it). Or that Hunter Biden's Rosemont Seneca happens invest in these biolabs and also a pandemic response company Metabiota right on the doorstep of Russia. No, clearly its just Putin being a dictator.
would you look at that, blackrock has the contract to rebuild Ukraine. What a coincidence.
Anebriated: I still to this day have trouble understanding how Seran can be the way he is (retarded) and yet is able to put together words (albeit poorly) & post of the PC. It’s better to just accept it & don’t try to understand the reasons for it. PB, Methais, and many others can testify I have repeatedly tried in vain.
What are the depths of Seran’s stupidity? How does the Holy Trinity have three separate entities that are connected as one God? How does posi-traction on a Plymouth work? These are questions that perhaps mankind was never meant to find answers to.
I know. And it’s not even the first time someone has told me that since I came back. You just kind of have to see/experience some things yourself to see how deep the brainwashing goes.
No dude, the problem is clearly with literally everyone else and Seran is just really smart and right all the time about everything.

You got me. You caught the tater
I actually would love for that to be the case
Now that President Biden is doing something about the situation at the border and deporting people here illegally again, what will the Republicans cry about?
And how Trump was right the whole time while Biden and other leftist retards cried racism.
In before Biden tries to take credit for resuming what Trump started and Biden stopped while still saying Trump was racist for it, and then retards like Seran who also cried racism the whole time over Trump's wall are now like:
https://media.tenor.com/P5_hF2KzfqEAAAAC/uhhuh-clap.gif
Trump was right about everything
I was critical of our own Governor Wheelchair for bussing migrants to Democrat cities all over the country. When he first started doing it I thought it was just another political stunt for attention. I was wrong. It took them sharing in just a small fraction of the cost & pain to do a complete about-face on open borders & sanctuary city status.
Biden next year will be like “My administration secured our borders are built a wall!”
Lets not be mistaken. Next month begins election year. The wall and deportation are purely theatre before they go right back to status quo
He takes stupid things like "We want to forgive all college loans!" to the courts where he knows he has no leg to stand on.. but this, their hands are tied. They have to build the wall... they have no choice.
The only people who actually believe this bullshit are people as dumb as Seran.
He's desperate to appease the leftiest "OMG WE R A SANCTUARY CITY BUT WE ARE FULL!" mayors and the ultra leftist "OMG WALLS ARE RACIST!" and he has failed miserably on both accounts.
As expected the far right is suddenly against effective border control and immigration. No surprises from pundits on the right there.
Who specifically on the right is against this, and what specifically did they say to indicate that?
Provide links and/or quotes. You won't because you're just making shit up like always.
Stop being so mad that Trump was right and start reflecting on how stupid and gullible you are instead. If you work really hard, you might be able to get your IQ up to 20.
I think the Dems are finally starting to lose their unwavering & unquestionable support from working class minorities, particularly black Americans. They have been very vocal in protesting hordes of migrants flooding the inner cities, and started asking questions like why undocumented illegal aliens are receiving more resources & better treatment than they are getting from the politicians they elected.
Edit: Hell, even Seran doesn’t agree with open borders & sanctuary cities/states because it could negatively impact his government welfare benefits.
The Hamas attacking Israel has some real weird vibes to it. There is no way Israeli intelligence didn't know this was coming. Feels like they let it happen to give them valid cause to wipe out Hamas next.
Also, this is exactly what people were concerned about when the prisoner exchange included 6 BILLION DOLLARS. There is no twisting it, the US supported this attack.
Now look here, Ya'll can watch Gemstone IV go down in flames with a smile on your face.
I'm not gonna do it.
I'm gonna promote and market this MF for free.
Seeing is how it's my favorite game of all time.
Yes, even more than Resident Evil.
Favorites doesn't pay the bills though.
What Gemstone IV has is depth. If it adds ASCII Artwork and maybe even a little sound, although I don't think Sound is so important, then it will sell to any player base anywhere.
That, and an in game translator of languages.
In the meantime, I'm gonna be throwing buckets of water on a burning city.
Not worried about it.
It fits regardless.
Holy shit. You really don’t know that Iran and Qatar are the primary sponsors of the Hamas. You are a mental midget.
Thread: Israel at War?
You are a fucking idiot.
Just wanted to leave this here... Thanks for making me feel better Seran.
my concern: US will step in to help their "ally". Once US is involved China invades Taiwan. US steps in to help there as well. Spread thin the attack from within our borders begins. I hope its just conspiracy bullshit.
Israel doesn't need anything from us to deal with this. They handled it in 1948, they handled it in 1967, they handled it in 1973, they handled it in 1982, etc...
Hopefully, Israel pounds Hamas to the point where they start crying about "measured response" and then pounds them even more.
Fuck Hamas.
I agree yet here we are with naval/air support steaming through the Mediterranean. Some might say that we are being intentionally spread out. Iran has reportedly admitted to green lighting and helping the attack meaning we will most likely look to cut the head off the snake which will probably be what starts the major conflict in the open instead of this proxy stuff.
I would hardly consider their little boats and paragliders as "naval/air support" They surprised Israel on Saturday.. that is now gone. You will see a dramatic change in everything now.
I hope Israel returns the favor to Iran.Quote:

did you see the video of 20 or so paragliders heading towards the music festival where they ended up slaughtering 250+ completely innocent people at a rave for peace?
edit: lol @ calling that the Hamas air force... almost missed that.
Im really not, if you go back to where I already mentioned this event I called it sickening at the time, still think it is. I’m also the one saying Israel needs to face war crimes for their actions if they turn out to be true. Just because you want me to be the bad guy doesn’t mean I am. You have a typical victim mentality which makes sense.
The Democrat party's harboring of terrorists needs to end.Quote:
Reminder, Gaza doesn’t have shelters or an iron dome and to please pray for them. May peace prevail in the region and move us towards a moral awakening to care about the human suffering we are seeing. I remember seeing this quote from a Palestinian girl on their views on America she said “We have extremely positive and welcoming attitudes toward the American people, whose values we admire and share. However, we are often bewildered by the U.S. government's support of Israel, and apparent hostility toward our aspirations for equal rights, freedom, and self-determination.”
Democrats, come get your Islamic terrorist supporters.Quote:
It’s actually context for the coming (ongoing?) slaughter of innocent Gazans who had nothing to do with that barbarism at the festival. The other side of this is financial. When countries who have joined BRICS start selling their US treasuries the USD will plummet. We think it’s bad now but it has the potential to get REALLY bad really fast. The days of the petro dollar are done. If the financial attack is coordinated with the physical attack, we’ll honestly I don’t know what would happen but it would be the weakest the US has ever been and make the Great Depression look like a vacation.
That’s not true actually.
The value of the dollar will get stronger, making for example Chinese products cheaper, but that would only be a short term thing. BRICS own very little US treasuries, outside of China. And it would be against Chinese interest to dump US treasuries in this manner.
The original iteration of BRICS sure. Practically all OPEC nations have been invited or accepted which is where the pain will
come from when the demand for USD plummets. Nobody will want to be left holding the notes. I agree that it’s not necessarily in Chinas financial interest but there is a reason they have been at the top of gold purchasing nations for a while.
I'm shocked that Seran read something and was unable to comprehend it.
Super shocked.
Remember when you blamed SP for his dad dying, also because you don't know how to read?
99% sure there are posts from you pulling a Keller too, cheering deaths of people in Florida or whatever "red" state after a natural disaster caused all sorts of pwnage because of "climate change."
It's because you're a giant and extremely stupid piece of shit, and you should abort yourself.
Do it for your parents.
Hey our system failed a lot of kids. I wish it wasn’t so but it’s the sad reality. I was “lucky” enough to not fit easily into the indoctrination system, which is ironic as both of my parents were teachers. As much as I want to be angry with the other side we are all better served being angry at the decision makers.
What’s the old adage? You can put 100 black ants and 100 red ants into a jar and shake it up, when you empty it onto the ground they will fight to the death instead of being angry at the one who shook the jar.
That said he’s an extreme case.

Pathetic to watch.

Sadly, as you said... society is fucked.

Ms Schichor said that the story of Anne Frank was difficult to explain to small children, while immigrant families had “often never heard of her” or her diary about her family’s attempt to remain hidden from the Nazis in occupied Amsterdam."
Anne Frank - the killing of a small Jewish girl - is somehow "political". ROFL... fucking astounding.
This is what DEI gets you...
In America - all the statues and pictures removed were of Democrats who supported slavery. In addition they renamed schools that were named after Abraham Lincoln because the DEI crowd doesn't want people to realize that the Republicans formed and stopped slavery.
Meanwhile... DEI spreads, and god forbid you remember the story of Anne Frank along with anything else associated with hateful events of the past.
The dumbing down of the populous, the destruction of history as a reminder, and the continued slogans of "Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion" is all a fucking Psyop campaign against uneducated morons.

There is a dichotomy that exists in my mind about having an emotional support animal in an office workplace.
Part of me thinks that someone that needs to bring their dog to work for emotional support has to be a giant pussy snowflake.
However, I really like dogs & enjoy their presence.
(For context I was eating my lunch in the cafeteria and as I was leaving I noticed someone with a beautiful American bulldog. The dog had a harness with a morale patch that said emotional support animal. Just my random thoughts on the subject.)

The Republican dream, so many guns that Florida's teens can shoot each other over Christmas gifts and then brag about it over social media. What a shame.
Quote:
Florida teen kills sister during fight over Christmas gifts, sheriff says
A Christmas Eve argument between teen brothers over who was getting more gifts ended in tragedy in Florida: A 14-year-old boy shot and killed his sister, who had tried to defuse the fight — and then was shot by his older brother, the local sheriff said.
The brothers — a year apart in age — were Christmas shopping on Sunday with their mother and their sister, Abrielle Baldwin, 23, and her two sons when the argument broke out.
They had this family spat over who was getting what and how much money was being spent on who,” Pinellas County Sheriff Bob Gualtieri told a news conference Tuesday.
The argument continued as the family made their way from the store to their grandmother’s house in Largo, Fla. The brothers were each in possession of a gun, the sheriff said.
“They get to grandma’s house [and the 14-year-old] takes out his gun and tells him he’s going to shoot him in the head,” the sheriff said.
The older brother said he didn’t want to fight and asked his younger sibling to get out of the house, he added. Their uncle and sister, Baldwin, attempted to turn the situation around.
“You all need to leave that stuff alone … . It’s Christmas,” Baldwin told them while standing outside the property, according to Gualtieri.
The 14-year-old, after allegedly threatening to shoot his sister and her baby, is accused of shooting Baldwin in the chest while she was holding her son in a carrier at 1:45 p.m. She fell to the ground and was later pronounced dead at a hospital. Her baby was not injured.
Seconds after the shooting, the 15-year-old brother came outside holding his own handgun and shot his younger brother in the stomach, Gualtieri said. The 14-year-old was unarmed when his brother shot him, he said, and is in custody in stable condition at a hospital.
The 15-year-old then fled, tossing his weapon into a yard nearby, Gualtieri said. He was later taken into custody at a relative’s house.
Gualtieri said that both teens were arrested and that only one of the two weapons was recovered at the scene, expressing concern that the missing gun would eventually be picked up and used in another crime. Audio of the incident was captured on a neighbor’s camera, Gualtieri said.
“The problem is, we got way too many kids out there with way too many guns,” Gualtieri said, adding that he hoped gun laws would change. “We need to get serious, and we need to get tough.”
He said prosecutors are reviewing the case and will decide whether to charge the 14-year-old as an adult with first-degree murder.
The 15-year-old will be charged with attempted first-degree murder and tampering with physical evidence, he added. He is being held in a mental health facility after making statements about harming himself, Gualtieri said.
Before the shooting, the 14-year-old posed on Snapchat with the weapon “he used to kill his sister,” Gualtieri said, adding that people who knew the brothers told police that the teens “carried guns all the time.” Gualtieri said that obtaining a gun is “really easy” and that people are either buying stolen ones “cheap on the street” or taking them from unlocked vehicles. Earlier this year, he said, both brothers were arrested for “numerous car burglaries” in their area.

Quote:
On December 26, 2023, Sheriff Bob Gualtieri held a press conference to discuss the arrest of two juveniles in connection to the murder of 23-year-old Abrielle Baldwin during a domestic altercation.
On December 24, 2023, deputies assigned to the Patrol Operations Bureau responded to a shooting at 2357 22nd Avenue Southwest in Unincorporated Largo. Deputies located 23-year-old Abrielle and 14-year-old Damarcus Coley, both suffering from single gunshot wounds. Abrielle was transported to a local hospital, where she was pronounced deceased. Damarcus was transported to a local hospital, where he is in stable condition.
Through their investigation, detectives learned Damarcus, 15-year-old Darcus Coley, and Abrielle, who are all siblings, went Christmas shopping with their mother and Abrielle’s 11-month-old and six-year-old sons. They then went to their grandmother’s home where Damarcus, Darcus, and Abrielle were involved in a verbal altercation over Christmas gifts.
After Abrielle told Damarcus to stop arguing because it was Christmas, Damarcus told Abrielle he was going to shoot her and the 11-month-old she was holding in a baby carrier. Damarcus shot Abrielle in the chest while Abrielle was holding the child in the carrier.
Shortly thereafter, Darcus exited the residence with another firearm and shot Damarcus because Damarcus shot Abrielle. Darcus then fled the scene, tossing his firearm into a nearby yard. Detectives have been unable to locate the firearm used by Darcus.
After Darcus contacted his mother, he was located and taken to a mental health facility due to self-harm statements and will be transferred to the custody of the Pinellas Juvenile Assessment Center once he is released.
Sheriff Gualtieri advised juvenile delinquents are obtaining guns by either purchasing them on the street for cheap because they are stolen or through car burglaries. Sheriff Gualtieri stated, “In the last thirty days, we’ve taken reports where seventeen guns have been stolen from unlocked cars.” When referring to juveniles stealing firearms from unlocked vehicles, Sheriff Gualtieri stated, “Help us because we have a problem.” Lock your doors.
Damarcus was arrested and charged with 1st Degree Murder, Child Abuse, and Delinquent in Possession of a Firearm.
Darcus was arrested and charged with Attempted 1st Degree Murder and Tampering with Physical Evidence.
The investigation continues.

All you have to do in Dragon's Lair is make 89472304237 attempts at each part until you memorize it and then don't fuck it up.
Even if DL were the most difficult game in the universe though, which it's not, but pretending it is, what does that have to do with anything?
Mr Newsom is on a roll this legislative session, offering Medicaid to illegals and in-state tuition rates to the people's of Mexico living near to the border. Curious though that the same offer would only be limited to 200 Nevadans to get the same tuition rates. Why wouldn't US Citizens get the same benefits as migrants or Mexican nationals? Pretty dumb.

COMMUNITY COLLEGE TUITION
Low-income Mexican residents who live within 45 miles (72 kilometers) of the California-Mexico border will be eligible for in-state tuition rates at participating Southern California community colleges under a new law signed by Newsom. The measure will lower a burden for students to receive education and training to help prepare them for the workforce, advocates say. It resembles another program in the state allowing up to 200 Nevada residents who live in certain areas near the California-Nevada border to receive in-state tuition rates at Lake Tahoe Community College.
Nobody is saying beat em ups are some super difficult genre, you brought that into the thread out of literally nowhere when it wasn't the subject of anything, and then for some reason decided that Dragon's Lair (lol) of all games was the gold standard for gaming difficulty, which is mind boggling because all that Dragon's Lair is is a memory based quarter muncher that looked really good for its time, except it didn't, because it was all just canned full motion video clips and not actual graphics being rendered. But it sure did look flashy for its time.
Anyone with a memory that can retain things for longer than 17 seconds can cruise through Dragon's Lair if you have enough quarters in your pocket in the arcade. Even moreso on any home versions, since again, the game was designed to be a huge quarter muncher in the arcades, and that part doesn't apply at home.
TLDR: Anyone who isn't Seran could beat Dragon's Lair without much difficulty.
The home version was retarded, just like platform fighters.

The home version is exactly the same as the arcade version, minus the need for quarters. What's the difference in difficulty with inserting another quarter vs. pressing the Start button? Be specific.
Either way, Dragon's Lair isn't a difficult game. It's not even in the top 100 more difficult. Probably not in the top 1000 either, and it's 100% designed around memorization for the purpose of quarter munching retards in the arcades. That doesn't = difficulty.
I'm pretty sure you're just trolling actually, because Dragon's Lair is that much of a joke.
I thought California was one of the few states with a surplus?
Wow, looks like another MAGA domestic terrorists attacking a government institution on Trump's call to arms.
The story continues.. Biggest threat to American Democracy is and remains Donald Trump.Quote:
Man breaks into Colorado Supreme Court overnight and opens fire, police say
(CNN —
A man was arrested early Tuesday after he broke into the Colorado Supreme Court overnight and opened fire inside the building, state police said in a news release.
The preliminary investigation “confirmed a high probability” that the incident is not connected to “recent threats against the Colorado Supreme Court Justices,” the Colorado State Patrol said.
In an afternoon news release, the Denver Police Department identified the suspect as 44-year-old Brandon Olson. He is being held for investigation of robbery, burglary and arson while the Denver District Attorney’s Office makes charging decisions, the release said.
It was not immediately clear whether Olsen had legal representation. CNN has reached out to the public defender’s office, though they maintain a policy of not commenting on criminal cases.
The break-in comes two weeks after the court ruled 4-3 to remove former President Donald Trump from the state’s 2024 ballot, finding he was ineligible to hold office under the 14th Amendment’s “insurrectionist ban.”
The FBI previously said it was working with Colorado law enforcement to investigate reports of violent threats against the Colorado Supreme Court justices following their ruling to remove Trump from the presidential ballot.
Tuesday’s incident began unfolding around 1:15 a.m. and ended nearly two hours later, when the suspect surrendered to police, according to the news release.
There are no injuries to building occupants, the suspect, or police personnel,” the release said, although there was “significant and extensive damage to the building.”
The break-in was preceded by a two-vehicle crash at 13th Avenue and Lincoln Street in Denver, near the Ralph L. Carr Colorado Judicial Center, which houses the state supreme court.
A person involved in that crash “reportedly pointed a handgun at the other driver,” the release said. That individual then shot out a window on the east side of the judicial center and entered the building.

Trump is now responsible for EVERYTHING.Quote:

Chicken overcooked? Trump!
Chicken undercooked? Trump!
I'm going to have to search through Trumps social network for the coffee filter conspirators.

So, you are ready to specifically blame President Biden when there were people outside the home of conservative US SCOTUS Judges, ready to kill them.. after RvW was overturned and sent back to the states?
This is a big step in your recovery efforts.
2024 is off to a strong start!
No more Mr. Hypocritical Retard!
Just Mr. Retard!
Trump is disqualified, you need only read the Constitution to figure that out. Maine and Colorado have made detailed rulings on the issue, so obviously they have.
At minimum, Seran goes to Whoopie for council on psychic & religious matters.

Don't forget this part:

I like how Seran doesn't even read the articles he quotes before posting them. Not that he'd understand any of the words anyway, but still.
It's because he's the mental equivalent of having chronic uncontrollable explosive diarrhea.

Nonsensical political motivations aside, Dump tried to overthrow our democracy and even now faces dozens of charges all a testament to his illegitimacy. Amazing that a small minority of the Republican party has lent it's outsized voice and money to preserving the Cheeto Legacy at all costs.
If only the events on January 6th were limited to protesting outside the grounds of the Capitol Building. They were not. As we've discovered via special counsel Jack Smith, the Trump Campaign had contact with the organizes of the coup attempt who BROKE INTO THE SEALED CAPITAL BUILDING in an attempt to disrupt the certification of the electoral college vote.
The plan as circulated by Trump appointees to Trump and others, was to disrupt proceedings and thus force the electoral vote to be voided and thus a vote of Congress where Republican members had a member majority.
We have motive, premeditation, communication of parties, and execution of the pre-planned events with one goal: keep Trump in office despite his having lost the election.
Deny it all you want, but reality can't be retconned like some novel.
Trials are currently ongoing actually, but it seems like you're under the impression criminal proceedings are a requirement to invoke section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment. If that were the case, it'd have said so in the amendment itself. It does not, and Trump having been found to took part in and given comfort to those engaging in an insurrection is ineligible to become President.
Amazing how you far right types are about state's rights up until they try to do something contrary to your political or religion ideology.
THAT JUST HAPPENED!
https://media0.giphy.com/media/kYsBT...giphy.gif&ct=g
Covfefe.
Yet, not a single individual from Jan 6th has been charged with insurrection.
Stop falling for it every time. At some point, you have to have the tiniest bit of self respect and stand up and say "I'm not falling for it THIS time!"
No one could possibly be this fucking stupid.
No one.
You're an idiot. Multiple people were charged with seditious conspiracy and convicted, this federal crime caries an even longer prison time.
Quote:
18 U.S. Code § 2384 - Seditious conspiracy
If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.
My point stands.... you are the dumbest of all the dumb people who have ever been or ever will be.
You are the Retard Champion.
PS - I hope Trump wins the election and before he is assassinated, he pardons each and every single person pertaining to January 6th. What they did on that day was stupid, but what the government has done to lead up to and then charge people with is criminal.

So your argument is because the Department of Justice used the more serious seditious conspiracy charge due to multiple collaborating entities involve in the coup attempt, in lieu of the single defendant insurrection, is that it somehow doesn't count. That. Is. Retarded. Congratulations, enjoy your Alzheimer's disease.
I mean, we could ask genAI... but I don't think Seran would like the answer it gave me.
Wonder what the legalities are between conspiracy to overthrow and conspiracy to restore.
The federal government has without a doubt failed to protect our borders, failed to hold in trust our tax dollars and conspired against the taxpayer to lead the country into illegal wars.
I have yet to hear a single lawmaker ask how the taxpayer reached a point at which they conspired to do either overthrow or restore it's government.
Saudi's have a mighty concern their disguised military members making strikes against oil shipping will be bombed.

Saudi Arabia Voices 'Great Concern' Over Yemen Air Strikes: Foreign Ministry
Saudi Arabia is following US and British air strikes on neighbouring Yemen with "great concern", a foreign ministry statement said on Friday, urging against escalation.
"The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is following with great concern the military operations taking place in the Red Sea region and the air strikes on a number of sites in the Republic of Yemen," the statement said, calling for "self-restraint and avoiding escalation".

Anything more concrete than SEC filings by Jared Kushner’s own firm?
Quote:
Before Giving Billions to Jared Kushner, Saudi Investment Fund Had Big Doubts
Six months after leaving the White House, Jared Kushner secured a $2 billion investment from a fund led by the Saudi crown prince, a close ally during the Trump administration, despite objections from the fund’s advisers about the merits of the deal.
A panel that screens investments for the main Saudi sovereign wealth fund cited concerns about the proposed deal with Mr. Kushner’s newly formed private equity firm, Affinity Partners, previously undisclosed documents show.
Those objections included: “the inexperience of the Affinity Fund management”; the possibility that the kingdom would be responsible for “the bulk of the investment and risk”; due diligence on the fledgling firm’s operations that found them “unsatisfactory in all aspects”; a proposed asset management fee that “seems excessive”; and “public relations risks” from Mr. Kushner’s prior role as a senior adviser to his father-in-law, former President Donald J. Trump, according to minutes of the panel’s meeting last June 30.
But days later the full board of the $620 billion Public Investment Fund — led by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Saudi Arabia’s de facto ruler and a beneficiary of Mr. Kushner’s support when he worked as a White House adviser — overruled the panel.
Ethics experts say that such a deal creates the appearance of potential payback for Mr. Kushner’s actions in the White House — or of a bid for future favor if Mr. Trump seeks and wins another presidential term in 2024.
Mr. Kushner played a leading role inside the Trump administration defending Crown Prince Mohammed after U.S. intelligence agencies concluded that he had approved the 2018 killing and dismemberment of Jamal Khashoggi, a Saudi columnist for The Washington Post and resident of Virginia who had criticized the kingdom’s rulers.
The Saudi fund agreed to invest twice as much and on more generous terms with Mr. Kushner than it did at about the same time with former Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin — who was also starting a new fund — even though Mr. Mnuchin had a record as a successful investor before entering government, the documents show. The amount of the investment in his firm, Liberty Strategic Capital — $1 billion — has not been previously disclosed.

In Washington, Mr. Kushner had also helped broker $110 billion in weapons sales to Saudi Arabia over 10 years. He helped protect those and other weapons deals from congressional outrage over the murder of Mr. Khashoggi and the humanitarian catastrophe created by the Saudi-led military intervention in Yemen.
