Kimmel has been on the air for more than 20 years. During that time, I have never watched his program, other than seeing clips broadcast after the show aired. Some of the clips were very good. The problem with his show and other late-night shows is that more and more people are watching them like I do -- clips of any outstanding moments -- while bypassing the tedium of the rest of the show. Late-night shows are no longer good business models.

Now, Google Gutfield!’s ratings and compare those to Kimmel. Why is Gutfeld doing so well for Fox? I mean, he’s consistently increasing his ratings while earning market share in late night comedy. There are plenty of clips you can find on YouTube and elsewhere just like Kimmel, so that can’t be it. What else could it be? Gutfeld! also operates at a mere fraction of the production cost of The Jimmy Kimmel Show. How is Gutfeld doing so well in the same space that Kimmel is sucking ass?

I got a theory for you... Gutfeld is outrageously funny while Kimmel is a no talent ass-clown that bores his audience with TDS crying monologues. Sure there is an audience for Kimmel’s not funny Trump hating, but that TV audience is literally dying while Gutfeld is achieving viewership with a younger demographic.

Make Late Night Comedy Funny Again. People will watch. The Left is losing the culture war.
