Why is this in the thread about Jan 6? Because it shows conclusively how Newsmax and FOX fueled the riot with lies about the 2020 election. These propaganda agencies are at the top of the heap of the right wing media sphere of influence that spreads lies, distortions, half-truths, and misinformation to millions of people 24/7. That is a very powerful megaphone of control.

Who controls the megaphone? Sure, subscriptions, advertising, and carrier fees fund the legacy media but wealthy donors fund quite a bit of the new media. Free speech it may be but its corrupted and funded by the endless greed of the capitalist system.
