    You didn't.

You didn't prove that she got the job BECAUSE she's a woman.. and not just a qualified pilot.

Your claim that they changed policy to allow women into combat roles doesn't mean it's automatically DEI. You need to prove that she didn't have the capability or qualifications to pilot.. and that she was put into that position BECAUSE she's a woman.

Unless there is some direct linkage saying she was a pilot and got that job ahead of a more qualified person because of her sex, it's pretty difficult to yell DEI on this particular incident. Light research shows she had many hours, and the bulk of those hours specifically in a black hawk. All the failures Rock states as fact are coming I think from daily beast and the final NTSB report comes out in 2026! I think I'll cool my jets (haha) on this until there is substantive actual data, rather than echo chamber Trump saying she's a DEI hire. I like Trump, he can be wrong and I can still like him.
I didn’t want to have to do this, but you are forcing my hand. In order to prove my point let me present Exhibit A:

Now you will notice Arnie says “RUN!!!! GO!!!! GET TO DA CHOPPA!!!” It took this dumb bitch 3 distinct commands before she finally took action. Now if a mysterious alien entity had just wiped out an entire elite team of special forces, I know damn well that had that been you or I we would have started hauling ass to the extraction point before Arnie could finish saying RUN!!!.

(I agree DEI likely had nothing at all to do with this incident. If it did it would be nearly impossible to prove. Just having some fun.)

Are you retarded? Have you hit your head lately? They changed the policy because of DEI. Period. They said so at the time. The rest is garbage and you trying to pile on an argument that SHM already lost. The wet blanket of a DEI policy drapes it's ugly pall over every female pilot. It might not be fair, you might not like it, it's the truth. Suck it.

This is probably above your intellectual level of understanding.

    And that's ok.

Let's make it easier for you to get the concept.. I'll use food to help you on this journey.

Let's say you order a steak. The waiter brings it out, and it’s perfectly cooked.. juicy, flavorful, and exactly how you asked for it.

This would be you, “That steak must have been cooked by a DEI hire, because I heard the chef is a woman.”

That wouldn’t make any sense, right?

The steak is great. Why would you assume she didn’t earn her place in the kitchen just because she’s a woman? Unless you can show me she wasn’t qualified, it’s just a good steak, cooked by a good chef.

The point is: you judge the quality of the work, not the identity of the person doing it.

Assuming someone got the job only because of their gender, race, or background without any evidence of unqualification is like assuming a great dish can’t be great just because the chef doesn’t look like what you expect.

No dumbass, I am not playing your game. The facts are clear as I presented them. The rest is your bullshit. I judged the "quality of the work" which, in this case was subpar on many levels and cost lives due to willful, intentional, ignoring of information and warnings. This is an illustration of the real damage of DEI. You can continue to whine about it or not.

Man, I really thought if I used food to show how stupid you are.. you would finally get it and move on.

I'm not whining about it.. I'm saying you don't understand what DEI is.

    And you're continuously illustrating that.

Wallow in your ignorance... it makes zero difference to me.

I forgot Rocktard immediately goes to baseless claims and ad hominem fallacies when his argument falls to pieces. I mean look back at his I answered phones for a health insurance company "debate".

Ok, fatty. I'll bury your "argument" more.

ChatGPT again, because I'm no fucking helicopter expert, but I like facts and not anecdotes.

Me to ChatGPT when did the army change the rules that said women can fly helicopters, specifically a black hawk like Capt. Rebecca Lobach was flying when she had her accident?

The U.S. Army officially opened helicopter pilot roles to women in 1974. That year, Sally D. Murphy became the first female helicopter pilot in the U.S. Army after graduating from flight school at Fort Rucker, Alabama.
Regarding flying Black Hawk helicopters specifically:

    • The UH-60 Black Hawk entered service in 1979, and by the 1980s and 1990s, it was increasingly common for qualified women to be assigned to fly them, especially after combat aviation roles were incrementally opened to women throughout the 1990s.
    • In 1993, the Department of Defense rescinded the "Risk Rule," which effectively opened more combat aviation roles to women, including direct assignment to units that could engage in combat operations.

So by the mid-1990s, women—including those flying the Black Hawk—could serve in nearly all aviation roles in the Army.
Now before you glom onto what happened in the mid-1990s and nearly all aviation roles, it doesn't support your argument, look it up yourself.

I debated her getting the job of pilot in combat due to DEI and she did. End of story.

    What combat was going on?

Looking forward to more baseless attacks and retardation.

Yeah, you again ignore the facts presented to you in order to try and salvage your failed argument.

So who is bringing in the ad homonym attacks? Oh yeah, that would be you. Go fuck yourself.

Women in combat roles is new, it is because of DEI, she was flying a combat scenario at training. Her existence in this role is entirely due to DEI. She fucked up on 3 separate occasions and people died. Was she "qualified" maybe, due to DEI, we won't ever really be sure. Now that the current Sec of Defense has leveled the standards, we can be more sure in the future. This is the pall of DEI and you are glaringling illustrating it over and over.

So no defense. I'll go back to my "you hate women" comment then.

DEI or not, she caused this one and all of the evidence suggests and arrogant, willful and inobservant pilot. I have only played with night vision once and they told me to keep my head on a swivel and when you put it on, you know why.

    She failed, people died.
The Instructor failed to take control and give orders quickly enough so people died.

I hope that controller's career isn't over from this, they did everything short of shout at the helicopter an order and emergency abort on the landing. I also hope they get any therapy they may need.

The flight recorder on the jet shows that they tried to abort and were in maximum pull up a second or so before impact so they knew it was coming.

DEI, maybe, there is a history of women in such positions filing complaints against men instructors because they feel they are being too rough.

    Regardless, she failed, people died.
See, now I can agree with this post for the most part. You are saying that it COULD be DEI that was the root cause of the crash. It very well could be... we don't know because we don't know the work history of this pilot.

But then you went full retard on the same day, just one hour later when you posted this:

And this is 100% incorrect, given you don't know how specifically she became a pilot and how she got into that pilot chair.
