You are delusional. SpaceX sports a $350+ billion valuation and has enough private funding for decades of expansion, not to mention a line around the block of firms desperate to get their dollars in. They will never need government funding.

The money paid by USAID was purchase dollars to BUY Starlink terminals to send to Zimbabwe and elsewhere. You know, the actual "International Development" part of USAID. You'll have to try a lot harder to manufacture a conspiracy here.
