It means Trump can never be a cop. Not that they would ever want him, since he plans on day one to pardon people who attacked cops.

And it's not just that he can't be a police officer. He can't be an officer in the military either, unless someone high up in the military makes an exception for him. It doesn't matter, I guess, because of his physical infirmity that, even when was 20, made him ineligible to join the military.

It matters not. Trump is your president.

I almost, almost, feel bad for far leftists such as Fallen/Clyder at this point.

They threw everything they could at Trump to stop him. They did everything they could to prop up Biden and the rest of the crooked and corrupt Democrats to keep them in power.

And all for nothing. Trump won and in less than 2 weeks will officially be president again and all they can do is cry and try to claim some sort of victory because Trump can't be a cop in NY. Like LOL. Talk about reaching. It's sad and beyond pathetic.

If Trump wants to be able to possess a gun in the future, he should ask the judge to grant him that right today..

A Certificate of Relief from Disabilities (CRD) is a way to remove certain Collateral Consequences of a criminal conviction. Having the CRD can remove bars to applying for jobs, licenses, public housing and more. If you apply for and receive a CRD, you will have the right to apply just like someone without a conviction.

You can apply for a CRD at Sentencing. This can be done by asking the Judge for a CRD. If you are going to lose an employment license or public housing because of your conviction, it is important to ask for a CRD at sentencing.

It's almost sad how far you've... Fallen....

Trump trounces Biden in the debate.. forcing him to get Coup'd

Then Trump trounces your useless girl to become the biggest comeback story of the century.. despite the lawfare that was waged against him.

And now you have only this... useless what if scenarios because he will be a "convicted felon" until it's overturned by a normal court.

It might be time to just put this login ID to rest.. just use your regular one.

This one is a joke... but it always has been.

    Get fucked, retard.

Doesn't matter he's gonna get wrecked either way once the investigations begin unless Biden issues a bunch of new blanket pardons on January 19.

EDIT: He just sentenced Trump with "no penalty" and wished him "Godspeed" for his 2nd term.

Pardons don't prevent investigations or hearings, only criminal prosecution. I can't wait for the hearings. I want to see prosecutions of everyone possible in the fraud from the government money spent and the coverup of Biden's mental vacation.

People need to go to prison.

A hearing absolutely cannot be held on a charge someone has been pardoned for. They can still investigate issues involving it, but it'd be a waste of resources.

Per SCOTUS Decision, Ex parte Garland, 1866: "A pardon reaches both the punishment prescribed for the offence and the guilt of the offender; and when the pardon is full, it releases the punishment and blots out of existence the guilt [for the offense], so that in the eye of the law the offender is as innocent as if he had never committed the offence."

In effect, there is nothing to perform a hearing on, as the crime ceases to exist.

Investigations can always occur, of course, but it'd be almost pointless as far as the pardoned crime unless they feel there may be other crimes that were left out of the pardon.
