It's not me that has to be convinced, it's the other 330 million Americans that are on the edge of burning the whole thing down that have to accept a 2 tiered justice system.
Biden wrote the crime bill that unfairly targeted black people for crack cocaine and he just pardoned his son who was a giant crack head. Remember, that crime bill came with the "3 strikes you're out" rule as well.

Yeah I'm not saying Biden isn't a giant hypocritical shit head for doing this, but I also don't blame a parent for having the power to keep their child out of jail and using said power. Really no different than rich parents hiring the best lawyer they can to defend their children in court. I'm sure some parents are like "You're on your own", but most would help their child.

Don't get me wrong, I think Hunter Biden should be in prison and I also think Joe Biden is an asshole for gleefully having other people's children locked up for committing the same crimes his son did. I'm just saying he had the legal power to keep his son out of prison and he used that power and I don't blame him for using that power.
Joe Biden is certainly open to criticism for using this power, but I'm not going to say he shouldn't have used this power because quite honestly I have no idea what I would have done in the same situation.
After the Democrat coup, Biden had zero fucks to give.
Even if he were the nominee.. and even if he won re-election.. he still would have pardoned his son at the same exact time.
