There is no such policy. The policy is to forbid photography for political or commercial purposes. The photos you irreverently posted were taken when Biden and Obama were in office performing official duties. The Biden campaign later took one of the photos, in bad taste, and used it. Trump, on the other hand, had his campaign staff go to the cemetery to take the photos while Trump was running for office and when Trump used the occasion to criticize his political opponents. That is a clear violation of the rules, as is physically pushing aside Army employees. Trump could have used photos from his time in office when he visited the cemetery to honor fallen heroes. Can you guess why he didn't use a photo from his time in office?
