Term limits to the SCOTUS will require an amendment.

    Never going to happen.

It was like he was fine the day before the debate (that the Biden campaign wanted as a reminder).

They should have addressed this issue of Biden being a vegetable during primaries instead of hiding him from the public. Since they didn’t, if they replace him now whoever they select won’t be a choice of the people. I’d have to assume that for some Democrat voters that won’t sit right.
The Biden Crime Syndicate has been trying to keep their power for 50 years, why would he change now? Also, he's hanging on just like RBG did, because they think they are better than every alternative and won't have to live with the consequences of what happens next.

Also, if Biden drops out, what true authentic alternative candidate do they have? I just wish it was already over, next 4 months are going to be tiresome.

Biden wins, America goes into the shitter even more. Trump wins, liberal cities burn down. Going to suck no matter what.

Maybe, maybe not. The Constitution says federal judges "hold their Offices during good Behaviour," which is widely believed to mean that they hold office until they resign, die or get impeached. I'm not convinced that's what it means. Where does it say their terms can end because of resignation? Nowhere, but that's just common sense. Where does it forbid Congress from setting term limits? Nowhere, but that also is common sense.

    Article III
    Section 1
The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour, and shall, at stated Times, receive for their Services, a Compensation, which shall not be diminished during their Continuance in Office.

Man right when I think Fallen/Clyder couldn't get anymore useless, he surprises me yet again.

Apparently living too long is now considered "bad behavior" to Clyder.

It's in the Constitution that a Judge can hold office as long as their behavior is good.

It does not say until they are too old.

It will take a Constitutional Amendment to change that.
