Exhausting Court Proceedings on the Horizon

I just looked at the opening questions regarding it. It looks like even the liberal judges don’t agree with it.

I haven’t really been following it, as we’ve been in holiday for 2 months in Thailand kind of detoxing from everything.

I suspect they'll make a ruling on whether the Fourteenth Amendment is self-executing as prior Supreme Court rulings have determined, but whether the Conservatives will decide that is an other decided issue to overturn is anyone's guess.
