FARA (Foreign Agents Relief Act) was enacted way back in 1938 to combat Nazi and communist propaganda. In November of 2019 the DOJ announced they would begin aggressively enforcing that act. Up until that point, FARA charges were incredibly rare and convictions were almost nonexistent. Since then the DOJ has been going hard in the paint with FARA charges on Trump’s allies. Paul Manafort, Rick Gates, Tom Barrack…these are just a few names and in each they had very little evidence. How many Democrats have been charged with FARA violations? Why is our justice department refusing to bring these charges against Hunter Biden in spite of overwhelming evidence?

I know you often hear whataboutism and such but when you see consistent and clear targeting of one political party & nothing happens on another in spite of information available to the public justifying an investigation, well that is what we mean by saying the DOJ has been politically weaponized.
People who have committed crimes get charged, and you just named a solid portion of Donald Trump's criminal enterprise so is it any wonder the Don is finally facing criminal charges now that the executive immunity Bill Barr dreamed up has expired and the investigation was concluded? It's interesting you claim bias, yet aren't capable of naming anyone where verifiable evidence of wrongdoing has occurred other than the single person - Hunter Biden, who is in fact under investigation. The DOJ remains an independent agency, with exception to Bill Barr under Trump ofc, but here you are throwing baseless accusations at the current administration regardless. Suck it up, your orange savior is a criminal and will probably be going to jail.

As I did with the document indictment, below I am pasting the text of the statutes Trump is alleged to have violated. Counts 2 and 3 can be confusing. Count 2 is conspiring to do that Count 3 makes it illegal to do. All of the statues are broad in their coverage. To determine whether or not the prosecutor exercised appropriate discretion in using them to charge Trump, you would need to know how these statutes have been used in the past, which I have not researched.

Count One - 18 U.S.C. § 371 - If two or more persons conspire either to commit any offense against the United States, or to defraud the United States, or any agency thereof in any manner or for any purpose, and one or more of such persons do any act to effect the object of the conspiracy, each shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.

If, however, the offense, the commission of which is the object of the conspiracy, is a misdemeanor only, the punishment for such conspiracy shall not exceed the maximum punishment provided for such misdemeanor.

Count Two - 18 U.S.C. § 1512(k) - Whoever conspires to commit any offense under this section shall be subject to the same penalties as those prescribed for the offense the commission of which was the object of the conspiracy.

Count Three - 18 U.S.C. §§ 1512(c)(2) - Whoever corruptly . . . (2) otherwise obstructs, influences, or impedes any official proceeding, or attempts to do so, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both.

Count Four - 18 U.S.C. § 241 - If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same; or

If two or more persons go in disguise on the highway, or on the premises of another, with intent to prevent or hinder his free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege so secured—

They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

The judge who drew Trump's Jan. 6 case is Black. It won't be long before Trump calls her racist, as he had done with other Black people in the justice system involved with his cases. Should Black people and Mexicans have to recuse themselves from his trials?

Remember that time Trump said a judge of Mexican descent should not be allowed to oversee the trial about Trump University?

Less than six hours after securing the endorsement of House Speaker Paul Ryan, the presumptive Republican nominee said that U.S. District Judge Gonzalo Curiel had “an absolute conflict” due to his ethnic background, adding, “I’m building a wall. It’s an inherent conflict of interest,” according to a interview in The Wall Street Journal.

Curiel was born in East Chicago, Indiana, to Mexican parents. He spent years prosecuting drug traffickers coming across the U.S.-Mexico border as a top official in the Justice Department’s South District of California, and was later appointed to the federal bench by President Barack Obama

This generally isn’t true as well, just a stereotype.

Not with the Russians I dealt with... but okay. You've dealt with more for sure being married into it, so I'll defer.

The Vice President responded that he thought there was no constitutional basis for such authority and that it was improper. In response, the Defendant told the Vice President, "You're too honest." Within hours of the conversation, the Defendant reminded his supporters to meet in Washington before the certification proceeding, tweeting, "The BIG Protest Rally in Washington, D.C., will take place at 11.00 A.M. on January 6th. Looks like that was Somebody else's favorite paragraph too..

Former Vice President Mike Pence’s campaign is selling T-shirts and hats branded with "Too Honest," referencing a phrase Donald Trump allegedly uttered to Pence when he refused to go along with the former president’s request to reject electoral votes and change the outcome of the 2020 election.

He'll slip one day and say something that most normal people already believe, like how trans women shouldn't be competing in combat sports with real women or something else normal in front of the wrong leftist, and that'll be a wrap.

You only have to step out of line once just a little bit before the retard mob comes for you.

JK Rowling is a perfect example. She's left on most things but also believes that men and women are different, and that's all it took to rile up the retard mob, and they've been (failing miserably at) trying to cancel her ever since.
