    I don’t understand your question.

When it comes to this gender and pronoun nonsense, my simple take on it is people can identify & believe whatever they want to about themselves. I have a problem with compelled speech and forcing that self-perception upon everyone else. It goes both ways too… I’m a biological male and my preferred pronouns are he/him/his. If someone is adamant about addressing me as a woman with she/her/hers, even if that upset me I would never ask the government to make laws to force that person to address me with male pronouns. The Bill of Rights matters.

That's because the only reason it was a question was because it ended in a question mark.

It made no sense, even for Seran.

It's not compelled speech though, it's protecting the right of an individual to perceive themselves as someone they're biologically and recognizing that intentionally mislabeling someone after being corrected is harassment.

I disagree with you. That is not harassment and is in fact compelled speech if you make a law stating that you have to use people’s preferred pronouns.

That isn't harassment, what you're proposing falls under compelled speech, and you're an extra fragile retard.

Should we make name calling in general a crime too? You'd have to stay on the line with 911 24/7 from being called a retard nonstop by everyone who interacts with you if so.

Normal person: Hey Seran, you're a retard.

Seran: No I'm not, I'm smart and my mom said so.

Normal person: No, you're a retard.

Seran: Hello 911? Yes I need the police, someone called me a retard after I told them I'm not a retard.

    911: Stop calling us, retard.

Seran: Yes hello Joe Biden? 911 called me a retard. Please help.

Biden: Some retard keeps calling the White House. Make it stop.

Biden: Some retard keeps calling the White House. It must be Hunter. Tell him to put the crack pipe down. Also, bring me my ice cream and change my shitty diaper!

You know that there is nothing forcing anyone to use pronouns in speech right? You can just as easily address someone by there first name if the person is known, or no pronouns whatever if with a stranger. This is why harassment is so easy to prove on a reasonable person standard, it's easy to prove intent. Discrimination on the basis of sex is still codified on the federal level and an increasing number of states also protect gender identity and sexual orientation.

It’s still compelled speech in that example because you are legislating that if a pronoun is used it must be X person’s preferred one.

If you go down that road it opens the door wide open to forcing people to do a Sieg Heil! salute as a greeting and/or every family being required to prominently display a little portrait of Mao <or insert autocrat>in their home. You don’t want that, do you?
