Just can't believe how tightly the Republican leadership stood behind him, even giving him committee assignments for a time despite knowing well enough he was a conman and fraud.

Wait... a politician who is a con man and a fraud should not be allowed committee assignments?

We would have exactly zero committees if that is the threshold.

So you've moved on to George Santos is okay because everyone else does it too? Funny, last I checked it was Republican members of the house from San Diego, North Carolina, and now New York in the last few years that have all been investigated and usually indicted on campaign finance violations.

I didn't say a thing about George Santos there.

I just believe your threshold that politicians can't be liars is unrealistic.

They are all liars... it's a prerequisite for the job.

In a rebuttal to a post criticizing George Santos being given committee assignments despite knowing he was a fraud and conman, which you addressed in he post, you're somehow not talking about George Santos? LOL.
