Honestly and respectfully, it’s not clear to me that this is a first amendment violation. I get where you are coming from, but I don’t know if that protection is afforded in respect to retaliation by revoking a special government contract / privilege. I’m not up to date on all the latest actions on this particular topic, but if Disney believes their constitutionally protected rights were violated there is a legal process for that they can pursue. Until it’s decided in a court of law, we are merely talking about opinions here in which we don’t know all the facts & legalities.
