It’s kind of irrelevant as the majority of firearms being sold are domestically produced. Even companies like CZ, H&K, Sig Sauer, etc. have manufacturing here because the cost & complexity of importing firearms is high. While I agree with you that yes imports can easily be halted with executive action, domestic production of firearms is highly regulated but also legally protected from bans.
Definetly. The number of prosecution for illegal export to Mexico breaks down a list of the firearms involved, painting a stark picture of the United States gun manufacturing and dealers financing the lawlessness of Latin America.

You've got to realize that their low effort posts aren't designed to solicit conversation, it's to mire you in a pointless and NEVERENDING rabbit hole of specifics until you're distracted from the conversation. Once you realize the handful of the ones that are just posting to frustrate you out of a conversation, it becomes a lot easier to continue.

Give me an example of any ban, anywhere... being able to be fully enforced.
You claiming something is "possible", excludes all of the consequences of making something "possible"... therefore, your argument, as I said is irrelevant.
To 100% STOP the import of guns, or any other item, would require atrocities that you conveniently decide to overlook.
Because, as I said before - once again, your concept is "feasible", but utterly removed from reality or practicality. Just because something "could be done", doesn't make you right - it makes you idealistic, yet ignorant.

Like I said, we are capable of banning gun imports, but are unwilling.
Nothing about right or wrong. All I said is a ban on gun imports is possible. Nothing more and nothing less. Not sure why you and others are trying make this more than it is.
You all keep adding conditions and reasons why it’s not possible, when it is. I don’t support banning gun imports at all.
Can we ban gun imports? Yes. Would it be stupid? Yes, would there be consequences? Yes. Would it be expensive? Yes.
That doesn’t change the fact, we can ban gun imports. We are just unwilling to do it.
