No because there is no overriding public interest here. If there was Congress would have legislated it.

Suddenly Democrats are against legislating from the bench. So weird.

And yet you seem to think a medication approved by the federal government, found safe and made available with a prescription for two decades is something a federal judge has the jurisdiction to restrict, simply because a group of bible thumpers have asked him to. As if simply asking for an order gives a judicial officer unlimited power to grant whatever they want regardless of circumstance merely by wishing it so.

Cause no other drugs have ever been judged safe and then pulled later. (cough cough Baycol, Belviq, Belviq XR, Bextra, Cylert, DBI, DES, Duract etc.)

One of the most unintentionally hilarious things about Seran is his sheer arrogance in his posts while being completely wrong and stupid 100% of the time.

It's like watching a retarded toddler who has to wear a helmet all the time trying to tell people stories at a BBQ or something. With the only actual differences being that Seran is in his 30s, and that he would never get invited to anyone's BBQ.

As usual you can't be bothered to understand a conversation you're trying to join and as always you embarrass yourself. Your article cites the FDA withdrawing approval, which is it's regulatory duty as defined by federal law. The conversation surrounds a confused, conservative appointee who without basis under law is attempting to restrict Mifepristone nationwide by circumventing the FDA's sole federal authority regarding prescriptions. Go back to bed.

The FDA isn't the sole federal authority.. as evidenced by the lawsuit.

Honestly, what is it like to be this fucking stupid everyday?
