Seran, get your butt in here and tell us how the civilian who neutralized the Indiana mall mass murderer (saving many lives in the process) is not a Good Samaritan & how wrong he was to disobey the no guns allowed sign posted outside the entrance.

Another example of why federal level gun control, including multi-year red flag laws are an absolute necessity in an age of gun violence and hate-motivated attacks. Colorado's law only lasts 364 days.

Colorado Springs gay club shooter, 22, used an AR-15-style rifle to kill FIVE and injure 18

Five people were killed when a gunman opened fire at a Colorado Springs clubPolice say 18 people were injured during the Club Q shooting last night
Authorities say Anderson Lee Aldrich, 22, entered the gay club just before midnight and fired an unknown number of bullets from an AR-15 style long rifle before he was tackled to the ground by two patrons
Aldrich is now in protective custody at a local hospital for unknown injuries
He was previously arrested for making a bomb threat in June 2021

A 22-year-old gunman was taken into police custody early Sunday morning after two heroic clubgoers tackled him to the ground to stop him from firing more rounds at a gay nightclub.

If you want to infringe on a US citizens Constitutional right to own a gun, you should get an amendment to the Constitution.

Shooting innocents isn't anywhere in the Constitution, did someone amend it to make that a protected right? Because there is an awful lot of it.

El Paso County appears especially hostile to the law. It joined nearly 2,000 counties nationwide in declaring themselves “Second Amendment Sanctuaries” that protect the constitutional right to bear arms, passing a 2019 resolution that says the red flag law “infringes upon the inalienable rights of law-abiding citizens” by ordering police to “forcibly enter premises and seize a citizen’s property with no evidence of a crime.”
The county where the shooting took place took a hard stance on protecting gun owners rights to murder indiscriminately.
