When you don’t apply critical thinking to the scientific community and treat them as an infallible god, we have already recently seen those consequences. How many lives do you estimate were saved by Covid-19 lockdowns? What cost did we pay to our economy, to school children being left behind educationally, in mental health issues related to prolonged isolation, and preventable deaths from other diseases/illness as a result of not reviewing treatment?

But you know who did benefit greatly? Scientists, big pharma, and power hungry political tyrants did.

They definitely had a hand in pushing it's rollout. A pity Trump also did even more encouraging people to resist masks, vaccines and other common sense approaches to infection control. Probably would have won re-election if he hadn't put so much energy into sabotaging the work of his own appointees.

Are you suggesting the benefits to society of preventing severe long term health effects of Covid-19, lost work during illness and preventing death were all illusions created to cover up a for-profit conspiracy? Really? LOL

Nobody is saying they are anti-vax, they are saying let the misguided tools buy the Beta version and wait it out for the VCR version.

There's only people like you that hate science so they can murder children and convince children that they are not little boys and girls.

We could save 10's of millions of lives if people like you didn't hate science so much.

Yeah that is pretty much what I am saying in respect to the Covid lockdowns, except I included government politicians in the beneficiaries and it’s not a conspiracy. It’s a fact of the many negative consequences of lockdowns and it provided very little benefit to people aged under 60. It’s a fact that Covid gave local, state, and federal politicians & bureaucrats more power & it regressed our civil liberties.

Yeah, such trampling of civil liberties. Offering vaccinations that save millions of lives every year is a true travesty. That's a real winner right there, great job vilifying medical science on behalf of QAnon.

More people died on President Biden's watch than on President Trump's.

Cuomo followed the science and talked as you did, and his policies killed the elderly. He also fudged the numbers of science. Perhaps you should trust in the math.

Cuomo didn't follow the science. We knew from the very beginning that THE most vulnerable were the elderly.. and he put covid positive people in nursing homes, causing many of those residents to catch covid and die.

To this day, I do not understand the reasoning behind that decision. The only one that makes any sense was that Cuomo knew the elderly would die and he was fine by that.

Yup. So did DeSantis, but I'm sure there's not a lot of folks who'd expect a governor to direct his health department to fudge the numbers.
