    I love it.

First guy gets up to bitch about being triggered, and the first thing he says is "guys", which triggers the next dipshit to complain about him using gendered language.

They always end up eating their own because no one can ever be left enough for the left.

It's not until 2035. It could happen.

I think it is very likely. There is already prototype batteries that they say can last nearly 100 years while maintaining over 80% capacity.

The newest EVs can be charged to 100% battery in under 10 minutes.

You can already see a lot of manufacturers retooling to make EVs too. The Charger and Challenger are in the last run of ICE, and then they are going EV.

By 2035, the gas infrastructure in California, and probably a lot of the US, might look like the charging infrastructure now, and vice versa.

We're going to need to up our fossil fuel production to get enough electricity to power all this new "clean" transportation.

If every single car today were to turn into an EV, power usage would go up by 25%. EVs more efficiently use power than ICE vehicles, regardless, so any "fossil" fuels used towards them is still being used more efficiently.

And hey, less exhaust in the streets and neighborhoods. Less noise pollution. I never understood the huge pushback against EVs.

"California says it needs more power to keep the lights on"

I'm not saying technology for the car won't advance to make them more reliable, or that the car itself and it's technologies aren't a good step forward. - I'm saying they won't have the energy to power them all.

Rechargeable means they have to recharge on something... and the insistence that all fossil fuels bad, nuclear energy bad, blah blah blah is a pipe dream they've got the masses to believe in.

The only reason they want to keep pushing this idea is for control. Control you say? Yes, control. If you limit a persons individual ability to travel freely - as we have been able to do the past 70 years or so - you decrease their options for day to day activities... which in turn limits their options... which in turn allots the government more manageability over it's populous.

    "California's Electricity"

So tell me again - how are they going to resolve their "climate agenda" with practical application of "only electric vehicles" in less than 13 years... with their current political philosophy?

They have 13 years to figure that out, obviously.
