Approved permits will be subject to theoperator’s permit application as modified by theexisting lease stipulations, rights-of-way terms andconditions, and APD or Sundry Notice conditionsof approval developed during the permit reviewprocess. The operator must have a copy of theapproved APD and any Conditions of Approvalavailable for review at the drill site, includingduring the construction and reclamation phases.Operators are responsible for their contractor’s andsubcontractor’s compliance with the approved APD.
So yes, the drilling permits ARE the same thing as being granted permission to actually build a drilling rig. Because all of those things you claim happen after the permit approval, are actually part of the permit approval process.

    Fucking moron.

Grats, you've finally become more of a drama queen than even time4fun. And are also dumber and more full of shit.

Here you go. You've definitely earned it.

I'd say you worked hard for it too, but we all know that that level of stupidity comes naturally for you without requiring any real effort.

I neither want them to succeed or not want them to succeed. Frankly, I don't give a fuck about Putin, he poses no threat to American soil. Ukraine is not a member of NATO, even if they were, I really don't care about most of the NATO countries, most of them have not been holding up their end of the agreement.

It was obvious from day 1 that Russia was going to win this, in their traditional "throw spaghetti at the wall and see if it sticks" way. But I'm glad your willing to bankrupt American taxpayers for nothing.

It's cute you think the oil companies went through all of that for 9000 sites and then just decided not to go through with building a drilling rig.

Clearly all of that shit is just part of what I am referring to (there is a lot more litigation they must go through that the link doesn't mention). So that shit comes AFTER the permit they have already received.

It doesn't even begin to make sense that oil companies went through all of that trouble (seriously just read that fucking shit) for 9000 different drilling sites just to say "You know what? I changed my mind."

Moving the goal posts after being proven wrong, how in character for you. "But but, something COULD happen after all the approvals, nothing is impossible." Dreaven stammered, drooling dripping from his third chin.

Literally in your link: The BLM’s approval of an APD does not relieve the operator from obtaining any other authorizations or approvals required for conducting drilling or related subsequent operations. This includes requirements of other Federal, Tribal, State, or local authorities.

In layman's terms, just because they have approval to drill from BLM, doesn't mean they are immediately free to begin drilling.
