Ukraine just announced a $750 billion dollar plan to rebuild its country, an amount exceeding its total annual budget by 15 or so times and is calling on the world to finance it. LOL

Sorry Mr Zelensky, but the world's leaders are pretty down with helping you defend your country. But rebuilding it before its known whether or not Russia will win this war? Naaaaah.
