AIG, Bear Stearns, Lehman Brothers and Goldman Sachs were not financial holding companies subject to the provisions of Glass Steagall that Clinton made the signing statement on. Goldman Sachs became a financial holding company /after/ the great recession. It was poor investment company governance that caused that meltdown, not Clinton.
But good try.

So you're completely ignoring the roughly 20-25% growth of earnings under Bill Clinton for the lowest percentile and the middle class. Ignoring the fact he quadrupled the earned income tax credit which put money in the hands of the middle class and completely reversed the stagnation under the Reagan and Bush administration. You're ignoring the massive wealthy targeting tax cuts enacted by Regan in his trickle down scam, cutting the top marginal rate from 50% to 28%. Ignoring Bill Clinton - raised - taxes on the wealthy to cut inequality.
You're a fucking moron as always. Pointing to a graph as your sole proof of inequality causality without any information anything Bill Clinton did that created inequality. The amount of cognitive dissonance you're capable of sometimes is staggering.
Graphs don't lie, you can literally point out when NAFTA passed and the poor under Clinton got left in the dust. Before Clinton, a poor person could find entry level jobs in the trades and manufacturing, after Clinton took office the only entry level jobs were flipping burgers and working a cash register.

You're denying that incomes for the middle class didn't increase by over 20% under Bill Clinton? And know the graph does show larger increases in the top 1%, what's lying is your interpretation of it. You're grossly overlooking all of the efforts of the administration your castigating.
We're not talking about the middle class, we're talking about how Clinton walked all over the poor. You know, the class of people that Democrats pretend to care about?
It was literally "here's a $2000 income tax credit for the jobs that would have gained your family $5000".
What's gross is you ignoring the huge fucking leap when Clinton signed NAFTA and Clintons crime bill that devastated poor families.
