I wanted to share some of the real Russian propaganda that’s being pushed out. I’ve translated it to English for you.
Since December 2021, Russia has
been receiving intelligence data on NATO's plans to
deploy 4 military brigades (2 land, 1 marine, 1 air).
What to do with the air brigade with the possibility of
carrying nuclear warheads. NATO wanted to agree on
this entry of troops in summer 2022 at the UN Security
Council meeting. Further plans were to provoke a
conflict by the end of 2022 and launch nuclear military
operations against Russia, thus unleashing a full-scale
World War III. The key role in this was played by the
controlled America and the nationalists of Ukraine. In
order to prevent the Third World War and an attack on
Russia, the Russian government has decided to take
control of this situation and disrupt the plans of the
West. In response, Western countries began to exert
information pressure on Russia using social networks
and media, broadcasting the idea that Russia is the
"aggressor"
. According to the official spokesman of the
Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova, Russia is
now facing "information terrorism." Russian President
Vladimir Putin was ahead of Ukraine and NATO's plans
for nuclear attack and population annihilation and
actually saved hundreds of thousands of lives of the
people of Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics
(LDNR).
I’m sure all of us can agree how retarded this is, but this is what the Russian government is pushing out to its people. All that propaganda that you heard from western media, it’s nothing compared to what’s being pushed out in Russia. To try and compare what Ukraine is doing to Russia, it’s just laughable. Ukraine’s propaganda, is more about rallying its people and giving them hope, Russia’s is about straight up deceits and lies.

In the world I see, you are stalking elk through the damp canyon forests around the ruins of Rockefeller Center. You'll wear leather clothes that will last you the rest of your life. You'll climb the wrist-thick kudzu vines that wrap the Sears Tower. And when you look down, you'll see tiny figures pounding corn, laying strips of venison on the empty carpool lane of some abandoned superhighway.

WASHINGTON — President Biden is expected on Tuesday morning to ban the importation of Russian oil into the United States, a senior administration official said, making the move after pressure from lawmakers in both parties to punish Russia for its invasion of Ukraine.

This feels like a mistake by Biden. I think he caved to domestic political pressure. Possibly, he believes that other countries will follow our example, but the Germans seemed emphatic that they would not. A unilateral move by the U.S. which imports approximately 1% of Russia's oil exports and for which those imports constitute 0.4% of U.S. oil use, will harm the rest of the world more than Russia.

I have this pessimistic feeling that Biden is telling the public we aren’t going to war with Russia similar to how LBJ said we won’t put American troops in Vietnam. After all sanctions and diplomatic measures are exhausted, then what? I do hope I’m wrong.

I work in the payments industry (merchant services). Beginning tomorrow at 4:01 PM EST all Russian issued Visa & MasterCard transactions will not authorize globally. Amex is doing the same but not sure their time table. Russian banks are scrambling to get on China Union Pay but it takes time. The card brands are doing this at the BIN level and thus no way of getting around it.
That’s going to make life very difficult for everyday Russian people…

The cards will still work within Russia, The big issue is the Russians that are abroad, and the foreigners still in Russia.
From my time in Russia, The biggest difference between Russians and the west is, they are just content with just whatever they have, if shit gets bad, they will literally just say, well we got food, we got water, we have a house, we’re fine.

No they will not work in Russia. I’m telling you, I’ve been on calls with Visa and they are not going to authorize anywhere beginning March 10, 12:01AM Moscow (March 9th 4:01 PM EST). Effective Friday 2PM Moscow time, Visa will be blocking all settlements and chargebacks of Russian issued cards will be blocked.
Shits about to get real in Russia.
We’re scrambling to speak with top clients today to give them the talking points. If they authorize Russian cards today they are in jeopardy of not getting paid as the settlement switch off happens Friday.
